It's becoming not so rare. Nate is back in the comics as TK/TP. Psylocke now has TK/TP. Cable, Rachel, Maddie and it's even been hinted that Hellion has limited TP. I wouldn't be surprised if they made Emma TK. I'll be glad when Jean comes back to the comics. Til then I'm on strike.

Actually Emma wouldn't. Emma once tried to probe Storm's mind but was knocked unconscious because when her powers are active she can paralyze psychics. This video above is completely unrealistic even in a game.

I already know that Storm is resilient to psionic attacks. This has to do with both the strength of her will, and mental shielding training taught to her by Xavier, however, a psi the calibur of Phoenix would overwhelm Storm with ease. Emma Frost is a very powerful psychic, who in the Dark Phoenix Saga, was able to defeat Storm with a psionic blast, and Phoenix annihilated Emma with ease.
I'm not denying the fact that Storm is a very powerful (possible omega level) mutant, but she is not a primal force of the universe like Phoenix is. She is not immortal, omniscient and omnipotent. Phoenix is.

Yup She is very mental resistant now alternate realities have here powers limited to make a good plot like when she faught Emma Frost and she got hurt from a mental attck, but in Earth-616 she is mental and weather resistant....
Jean Grey is not an Omega Level. She's level 3 at most. The only reason she obtains the Phoenix force is because of her empathic abilities. Storm would wipe the floor with Marvel Girl.

I know! If you want to try to balance her out for starters that move counter that powers the enemy off of her, I would give it some sort of penalty. Like if someone like Storm throws a multi-hit projectile then the counter should only counter one hit and let the 2nd hit of the projectile hit Phoenix. In other words it counters just the 1 hit. I'd make it use a up power stock too. ;)
of course im gonna keep the mind grab, thats like a most have :D though the AI abuses it way too much and again..becomes cheap lol so again, I gotta balance her AI now :p

Seriously, she's really well characterized, it fits perfectly with how phoenix is in comics and the animated series. I haven't even played with her yet but it's by far my favourite mugen char! Congratulations!!, and keep up the exellent work!

Actually Emma wouldn't. Emma once tried to probe Storm's mind but was knocked unconscious because when her powers are active she can paralyze psychics. This video above is completely unrealistic even in a game.

Uncanny X-Men #147 showed that Storm is able to transform into a being with lightning for hair and breath of fire and ice. While Black Panther #21 says that Storm is indeed a possible Omega-level mutant. Storm has also summoned the full power of millions of stars and planets.

I already know that Storm is resilient to psionic attacks. This has to do with both the strength of her will, and mental shielding training taught to her by Xavier, however, a psi the calibur of Phoenix would overwhelm Storm with ease. Emma Frost is a very powerful psychic, who in the Dark Phoenix Saga, was able to defeat Storm with a psionic blast, and Phoenix annihilated Emma with ease.

Actually Storm is extremely mental resistant,It is beleived that she has an electric current around her brain which makes it harder for telepaths to hurt her....she even once withstood Professor X, Psylocke, and the Cuckoos all powerful telepaths at once....

Yup She is very mental resistant now alternate realities have here powers limited to make a good plot like when she faught Emma Frost and she got hurt from a mental attck, but in Earth-616 she is mental and weather resistant....

Jean Grey is not an Omega Level. She's level 3 at most. The only reason she obtains the Phoenix force is because of her empathic abilities. Storm would wipe the floor with Marvel Girl.

nope..I havent balanced her out at all at the moment. So as of now she seems real real cheap but I dont want her to come out like that. So the next stage is balancing her moves/hypers etc :p

I know! If you want to try to balance her out for starters that move counter that powers the enemy off of her, I would give it some sort of penalty. Like if someone like Storm throws a multi-hit projectile then the counter should only counter one hit and let the 2nd hit of the projectile hit Phoenix. In other words it counters just the 1 hit. I'd make it use a up power stock too. ;)

Seriously, she's really well characterized, it fits perfectly with how phoenix is in comics and the animated series. I haven't even played with her yet but it's by far my favourite mugen char! Congratulations!!, and keep up the exellent work!
