I can hear Dr. Li. What Dr. Li is doing is addressing his audience with more expression, eye contact and enthusiasm. I don't blame him for anything. He is doing an excellent job!

Dr Cheng Li should just hold the microphone - by constantly turning from side to side, no one can hear anything he is saying!
