I have studied these agreements in great detail and even worked under them. I have also been involved in negotiating them. They are absolutely the best way to go! why would you not want to eliminate any possible labor disputes before they even start? Everyoneelse has their day at the table; Architects,Designers,General contractors,and subs.they all have their contract!. Why woud it be prudent to not give workers their day at the table too! The PLA is their contract.

LIES - UNION contractors bid against non union and cost is about the same only the non-union owner pays his un-qualified men less and they are druggies, prisoners and mexicans usually. Of course the elite would like us all to have no STANDARDS and work like slaves for them. The republicans are helping big business eliminate all UNIONS including the one WE THE PEOPLE live in.
