I don’t know how anyone can elect Mitt Romney for president who sat out of the military draft on a Religious deferment. A person who says his 5 sons of military age can better serve his country by working on his political campaign for the past decade. We are in Iraq, in Afghanistan and might be in Iran. It’s ok to send some other kids child to war but not his own. Is that the type of president you want representing this country in a time of conflict?

It is all too clear that Mr. Romney is not the conservative he wants us to believe he is.I could name many non conservative issues with him but I will only mention one. Romney has allowed taxpayer money to fund abortions.That one compromise alone is enough to make him a liberal in any state. In SC that makes him just another murderer. Dear Gov. Haley, I strongly supported you for Governor of SC for you association with Tea Party ideals but You have completely blown this one. Your Facebook page says that this video explains how you came to your decision to support Romney. This answer is not adequate.It is just a bunch of political double speak. Elected officials should let it be known that their endorsements are personal - because they don't always represent those who they serve. SC is Gingrich / Santorum country. The Bible Belt does not support, the first state to approve gay marriage, mormonism, abortion and mandated public health care. BTW, our new Gov is cool - just not attuned to majority of "The Bible Belt" ...

Nikki Haley has done a lot to overcome bigotry in her state. She is NOT only the first female governor in SC but the first non-white governor in SC.

It is hard to change the minds and hearts of those clouded by bigotry and prejudice, but Nikki Haley has done it and Mitt Romney will too. MITTmentum.

wow what a glowing endorsement. that's what leadership is when people aren't afraid to do the right thing risking losing some of their constituents. Romney took a risk endorsing her when she was an unknown legislator running to be Governor of SC. I hope Tea Partiers will wake up and realize that Romney shares most of their agenda.
