@ApertureMiku No, it's not. But there is a fan made anime with one episode. A second episode is expected to be released this year, because MAIKAZE (the ones who've made it) showed a trailer of it.

There is also a "Anime Tenchou x Touhou Project" crossover with one episode. It's also not official, ZUN gave them only the permission to use the characters.

But don't quote me on that :x
