Actually made very limited use of skills here because was nursemaiding the 'record' button most of the time (trial version of FRAPS -> 30 second record limit)- wouldn't normally spend so long taking down Shulgoth...
However when I remembered to use skills these were largely Beacon, Smackdown and of course repair for the Drone. Bots were Rocket (lev 3 I think) and Inhibitor.
Oh and also some Phase Grenade plus occasional Rapid Fire. For the Drone, Master Engineer + (good) Templar armour + Worts leg -> near-unkillable tank.
