  • @davisalv Ok. And I think the high from the camera is important too. We have to define the same distance between the camera and the ground and the distance from us to the camera. So we can compare the two records. In the background is a ruler or so.

  • ohkay first off dats not a legit standing backflip, if u see in the slow mo he did a minor jump to get the force of the springs. Next time dont do dat. for now im calling this a very low backflip, i myself can do better.

  • @xFreeRun Yes: Push your chest frontwards, during you throw your arms up and jump up.

  • @xFreeRun The height and direction of your flip comes from your straight jump. You have to jump straight up and get your vertical height before you start the tuck. It does take practice.

  • You might wanna try doing the flip on a grass to see how high your flip is and try eliminating the tuck.

  • I don't understand the point of this? Do that technique with a round off and get even higher. OR... do it standing on a hard surface... but not on a tumbling track.

  • @elwyn14 The soft surface is not so hard by the landing.

  • @XMAMan When you work the technique on a trampoline for example it's the same thing but when you get good at it you move onto the floor. If you're worried about the hard landing put a thin mat on top of the sprung floor... Oobviously if you want to stay on there thats fine, maybe start learning standing fulltwists on there and stuff... When I look at this I see an expert at level 1 that needs to move to level 2, thats all.

If it's too hard put a soft mat down on a normal sprung floor. I don't know what your ultimate goal is but whatever it is, but unless it's wholy and completely doing a high standign sault specifically on a tumbling track, I think you should move on.

  • u should flip faster. lol imma a gymnast and i cant go tht high but ur set is amazing and if u flipped faster u would be done with the flip on ur way down. :) reALLY GOOD THO :)

  • in tired of people posting these videos saying highest of anything. if your going to claim something do it legitly without outside help. that damn spring floor gave u extra spring to go higher. on grass you wouldnt even compare :) or even on concrete

  • @h34v3n5du57 yes i know that silly. but its not his highest when he uses a floor that gives him boost. to truely say its his highest he should it on a solid surface with no outside interference like grass or concrete. Using that floor is like using a trampoline which anyone can go high on thus my point of this convo lol
