i was at the big k next door when it hit .. been there not more the a month . it was my 27th bday. lived in area for six months after that moved back to wisconsin.
I am soo glad your friends are okay. "Why does god hit churches with tornadoes?" Because god/Jesus is a substitute for a persons accountability and has nothing to do with the worldly/universal events around them. To even ask the question means they have been brainwashed by some mystical card-counting magician. As for ignorance... thefreedictionary . com: ignorance: lack of knowledge, information, or education; the state of BEING ignorant. And now: God - the supernatural BEING. - similar?
yeah, hi! i was in that building! no lies...it was me, 2 freinds, and 42 preschoolers. i went to help out because my mom was a teacher there, and it happened to be the day of the tornado
i know your comment was 3 months ago, buutttt this was acturally for the better of this church. The very next day they had a huge sign hanging that said HE IS STILL GOD. Now they have rebuilt the church and it is alot bigger than before the tornado hit. just sayin..goin to church isn't a waste of time. good things happen and the people know it. you're just ignorant.
dude i remember when that tornado hit the church im not sure if i was in school that day or not but the church got hurt pretty badly i actuallly to to the churches school but we got like a whole bunch of phone calls that day and everybody was like you must be joking and when they got there it was more like a cyclone had hit it that a tornado.
i got picked up early from school that day and on my way home we saw the tornado that hit this church. we live a couple of blocks away. when we saw we made a u-turn in the middle of the road and drove to my carpoolers grandparents house. my house only had a broken window though.
who knew that insulation could make such a mess? anyway middle tennessee got hit by a lot of tornadoes that day. one in hendersonville from the same storm system hit a house with a mom and kids in it and the mom put the kids in the tub and protected her with her body paralyzing her. you may have seen it on extreme makeover: home edition.
i was less than 1/2 mile on 65 when this tornado went through. it was the most frightening moment of my life. the hail was crushing our windshield. unbelievable!
yah. i remeber this. I just came from the philippines then when I went here in tennessee i saw a report about this tornado. good thing it didn't go to us hehe. lucky.
still scares the f out of me still

Friend of mine lived 200 yards from this Church just behind Krogers. His house was UNDAMAGED nothing. Amazing the amount of destruction this caused.
