This is better to see that Clive guy from UK. Krav Maga is better overall than Defendo style. If Defendo concentrated on these techniques like in video, you would have more interest...but then you would just be training Krav Maga..lol

Not bad. Simple, apparently effective defenses for common attacks. Good use of WWII combative type responses (chin jab, head turning takedown, etc.). Some material looks like the Bill Wolfe/Modern Defendo stuff of the 90's (overhook cliches, arm drag to take-down), but some it has been modified. All-in-all, this is pretty good self defense training. Note use of police-type protective gear.
