Its a series about a zombie outbreak set in a big brother tv show when the outbreak occurs. Its the most gruesome, gut wrenching and intense zombie depictions ive ever scene, and ive seen heaps of zombie stuff. Its brilliantly scary and maybe the best yet.

It has to be said If your a big fan of Zombie flicks, such as the classic Dawn of the dead you will really enjoy this! Its much better than 28 days/weeks later. I would prefer the Zombies be more lumbering and less intelligent and more of them, but i can understand why they made them faster for the suspense and production cost reasons. I've been wanting a t.v series like this for years, and this Short Brit Series is the best thing I've seen from british TV for a very long time! Well done E4! :)

I have found the following blatant rip offs:

28 days later: The overall plot of the film, fast moving zombies taking over Britain. The car breaking down (like the flat tyre in the Tunnel in 28DL)

Shaun of the Dead: The bitchy woman only has one bullet left, like in SOTD with the rifle in the pub.

Dawn of the Dead: They go on the roof, surrounded by zombies, like with the shopping mall on DOTD.

Somebody will be sued. It's a good watch though.

Brilliant tbh. I thought when I first saw the adverts that it'd be like, semi-funny. As in, it's meant to be scary but you end up just laughing at it (like when I watched The Ring and The Grudge haha). But it genuinely did scare me! First time that's happened in ages. Wow, I watched this last night and it blew my mind. I've never really been a horror fan or anything, but I really liked this. Andy Nyman as Patrick was genius and as usual Jaime Winston was amazing. Easily my favourite drama this year by miles. I agree with the comments about the show being visually too dark, but I kinda liked it. All the past BB housemate cameos were inspired!
