I think in the song says the face looks like your uncle fred. There was one episode of groovy ghoulies that actually had a short live action segment of the monsters, would be very impressed by anyone finding it and posting the clip here on youtube.

WOW! creeper crawlin, creeper crawer did you ever see such a sight in your life - I remember this song or at least the melody not all the lyrics of'course This is from The Grovie Goolies i must have been like 10, 12, or something when i originally saw this as a Saturday morning cartoon , they dont even have these now around what 1970 or something Your video looks like it came from a TV screen whare in the world did you find this song video cartoon Is this o DVD or something a TV marathon? WOW!
