my tummy is like this too; once you have kids your elasticity is'nt the same.... tummy tuck all the way.... dr told me no matter how much exercise or diet change the skin will not change.. excellent job losing weight... bravo to her..

OMG havign such a hard time this is round 3 for me because round one i did awesome. lost 28 lbs.. then i wanted to do round 2 right away.. i didnt wait the full six weeks and tried again. i was always hungry so i stopped.. i gained like 12 lbs back! then i committed to round 2.. i lost the rest but was always hungry.. cheated alot. thisdiet is hard.. maintenance took forever.. and of course over the holidays i gained another 12..UGH.. so hopefully ths round will work. idont ever wana do it again

Thanks for all your support means alot to me.Update today is my 1st vlcd no shot.I wanted to keep going tell I hit goal weight but dont have mixing vials I well be going bak on p2 as soon as I get my mixing vials in the mail. weight at131.6lbs..Thank 4 all your help n support=)
