Just because Bullet's solos can be defined as Metal dosen't make the Band Metalcore. Listen to DragonForce, that's Metal...because every one of thier song is like a 4-7 minute solo.

I saw them on Tuesday night in Brisbane (Best show i've ever seen and Bullets first in Australia by the way but that don't mean much cause they are awesome everytime they play), Scream, Aim and Fire sounded awesome and yeah it'll be out in January. Their version of Metallicas Ride the Lightning sound wicked aswell.

Emo music is bands lie hawthorne heghts or dashboard confessional, listen to them, and take another look at bullet and decide which one you think is emo, bullet are METALCORE! people think that any band that screams is emo, screaming isnt what emo is people! its mostly the lyrics that make a song emo, and bullets lyrics are no way emo.

I think BFMV are a metal band with 'emo-tendencies'.
I like them.
Seen them live twice.
But I do think that "The Poison" leans slightly towards the emo side of things.
HOWEVER, An emo band does NOT cover a Metallica song on thier tours (Creeping Death) or cover Metallica songs for tribute CDs etc.
They are a Metal band and this song is definatly one of thier 'most metal' song.
And to those who say that you can't have emo metal...HELL YEAH I FUCKING AGREE!!
