  • Angry Birds really exist lol

  • "He's so friendly"

  • it's kinda cute XD

  • it`s man eating bird u idiot

  • he might have been a pet.

  • @Allahanna1 no pretty sure she is wild, these sorts of birds can't be kept as pets

  • @leokimvideo Really? Magpies? They're allowed as pets over here.

  • @leokimvideo she might not have been a pet but might have been rehabilitated and released we had a few maggies where I use to volunteer and they would act just like this after being released, chances are it's had human contact before wild animals don't act this way without prior human contact..

  • @leokimvideo

No, this bird is definitely hand reared (Raised by humans) so it thinks its human and is not scared of other humans

  • @leokimvideo

    The bird.

It started reminding me of a little kitty when it started rolling and playing with your hand :3

I envy you, wish I lived in Australia, so much unhampered wildlife.

  • @leokimvideo Same:P

  • Mildly misleading title is mildly misleading.

  • @BeRad117 don't troll here, put your complaint to youtube and see what happens!

    dare you

  • @leokimvideo

It's not trolling if I'm pointing out a simple fact.

I actually kind of like your videos and I did it more for humor sake. Granted if you want to change the title to "Bird Biting Man" so there is an absolute zero chance of it getting flagged for misleading text, then thats fine to. Most likely know one is going to care anyway since as I said. Its only mildly misleading.

  • @BeRad117 if you go to youtube's tube channel there is a series of video's related to improving your chances on the networks

they actually suggest creative titles, thats youtube talking not me!

if I titled this video "naked sexy bird eats male lover" then you may have a case!

the big issue is 99% of tubers fail to set up a video correctly, thats the key to give the video life. One key aspect is attracting trolls and I am very good at doing so..! I hope this helps you in your success

  • @leokimvideo

Yeah yeah yeah. I know damn well what youtube wants you to do vs what they say you shouldn't. I've already said that this video flows under the radar of badness. Even if some one were to flag the video there is a 0% of it getting pulled. I know all of that. Hell I even got to watch the user Life In A Tent cry when youtube was removing the ability to let people put the "Naked sexy bird" title. If you really consider me a troll, then. All I can say is... Wow.

  • @BeRad117 go ahead and flag it, I enjoy a chat with my youtube account manager!

go and look at any mega partner, their channels are laced with trap thumbnails and titles, and a very sad fact is thats part of the reason behind their success.

  • @leokimvideo what the hell is wrong with a man that eats birds? know we have to outlaw fried chicken?

  • thats really wierd

  • you are cool

  • Bird: Mmmmm, Grilled Homo sapien.

  • That's cool!

  • Your videos are weird, but entertaining.

  • @coldfyre18 possibly the secret to success on the tube, weird works

  • @leokimvideo sir your right sir

  • I always give animal alliterative so i'd call her maggy the magpie

  • im confused does it like u are does just think ur hand is food

  • @racerboy23432 i'm not sure, the fact this bird is so willing to be close to humans is very interesting, the pecks did feel like a search for food

  • Haha worth two in the bush ;)

  • Maybe, just maybe, that magpie had read some of the Bible, and now, it's trying to eat your hand to at least, get some DNA marks of the Apple from the Tree of Wisdom, so he could make it's own jewelry - or learn how to start a conversation with you.

  • @SONBoomer very deep and possibly correct

  • Looks like Pidgeotto's "Bite" is not very effective.

  • That little bird looked a bit hungry, and I think your bird of prey is a Black Falcon.

  • For some reason P.E.T.A. hit the dislike button. the only one.

  • I guess this bird didnt watch the movie "Alive" or he would have started eating at the rump :P lol

  • cant believe you got a wild maggie on your hand! O.O

  • Cute Video!

  • I don't think it's completely unusual for a bird to go for human flesh.. then again, only time I've seen that happen was in movies.. and it was never a magpie doing it. Kinda interesting to see it happen irl.

  • Well, that was different for sure. Good catch on video!

    Thumbs up~John

  • @WORRO01 hey I have a lego video which will be up soon which features a desert eagle..

sort of thought of you when I added it into the story line, it's still a few days away from upload!

  • @leokimvideo Nice,,, dont make me drool though I love the Desert Eagle lol!!

  • OUCH... is it rabid? Amazing video... what a sight (& sound)! Great catch.

  • @NightAire A rabid bird? Lol

  • you should name the magpie little nipper

  • @owain2222 thats a great name as well

  • sarcasm...one of the best human emotions EVER invented. Nice, but strange, capture.

  • The bird was asserting it's dominance over you.

  • @OffTrackProductions thats the story of my life, something else asserting dominance over me!

  • That bird is like, " GIVE ME THAT DAMN FOOD NOW OR I SHALL FEAST ON YOUR FLESH! "

  • I was in Europe for 25% of the hot Summer. Lol

  • @IdoNotRunAjamFactory well where I live Jan was a killer, so humid.

  • Hahah .. pecking you like that doesn't seem to be a "friendly" thing. But laying on its side and sitting on your hand is pretty damn amazing! Great vid! :)

  • i used to handfeed wild maggies in shepparton as a kid, but never had one on my finger!

  • tweet tweet

  • Ummm... Haha i really like your videos though :)

    Lol

I have actually bought one of the LEGO sets you reccommended and as soon as I opened it I knew your review was PERFECT :O

  • I love and respect animals. But had it been me he was trying to eat on like that, I would've thumped that Magpie between the eyes!

  • ...

    I don't think it's being 'friendly'.

It's just testing to see if you're potentially edible.

Then a thousand of them come back all at once...

  • @johnnycaboosehead i think that film has been done!

  • Peregrine Falcon..............Endangered..

  • @JASPERMESSINGABOUT thats interesting, so the cockatoo's were moving it on real quick

(NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service)

The magpie has gapeworm and that will kill it

Only feed it raw fine mince meat and bugs

  • funy!

  • Name? Maggie, of'course.. :) Keep forgetting it's ummer still in your part of the world.. here we are still just getting over the snow, and we're having another cold spell at the mo.. 2.4'C this morn when I cycled home.. :)

  • Thats amazing! Name : Jeff.

  • hes just hungry

  • unsure as to what species of bird that may be. that is one extraodinarily friendly (and hungry) magpie

  • Extraordinary!

  • Hi there

Rather surprising at how the bird came up to you like since most birds would just fly away upon spotting you. Great vid though

    Euan

  • friendly???

  • Cute magpie, strange behaviour.

  • Was the bird at the end possibly a wedge-tailed eagle? Unfortunately my knowledge of 'birds of prey' is very limited :P

Also, I would love a maggie to do that to me... I love them so much...

(BTW South Aus fan here :D)

  • A name, was it?

    "Pepper",

...since it's color kinda looks like dark ground pepper, and the bird has a ...kinda peppery personality?

Hey, I TRY not to give animals lame names.

I once saw a pitbull named "Bunny". Yeah, "Bunny."

  • @super58173 That's a great name and observation.

  • @super58173 Well as it stands that name Pepper has stuck..thanks for that it's a name I would have never thought of.

  • Hahaha, that was hilarious.

    Could be a Brahminy kite.

I am on the sunshine coast, Regwah on Flickr I become interested in photographing birds a few years ago, I am no expert though.

  • Summer ain't over in QLD!

    Still muggy as hell.

Great video, never seen such a thing.

  • @LiamNeesonsDick It's been a very different Summer for Australia, dare say we have all forgotten what happens when a very long drought breaks, certainly lots of rain and in Sydney was some of the most humid and muggy weather I can ever remember. One super hot week which was like living in a hot wet oven.

I hear a few people saying this same sort of weather happened in the early 70's, lots of storms, rain and just crazy weather.

  • never seen a magpie do that weird

  • @123legoreviews same here, that's why I uploaded this bird. normally these birds are very wary indeed.

also a little strange to see babies with their mums considering we are over Summer now.

  • that's very strange.

i've never seen a wild bird so interested in a human before.

also i think the bird might be a hawk.

i would ask my dad but he's asleep :P

  • co za asy...

  • that's a strang bird!!! awesome encunter (:

  • that bird was really keen on getting at least a scrap of skin off you, eh Leo?
