I really like this song! I'm an extremely big fan of Billy Joel (Actually, I know most to all the songs off of all his albums) Someone should put the song "Code of Silence" on youtube. (It's another song off this album)
I was 14 years of age when this album, "The Bridge" was released. This song increased the height of my optimism during that rough age of my life, believing that I was getting closer to achieving the best things in life no matter how far off I was. Hearing this song now sure brings back memories of my early teen years.

Ah, I love hearing Steve Winwood on the B-3 here. Seriously that B-3 sounds like something you would hear in an early Traffic song.
