    Only if you have a need to penetrate IIIA armor. 4.6mm is not going to be anywhere near as lethal as a 9mm against an unarmored target. And with some good M39/b swedish made 9mm you can punch through armor. MP7s are PDWs and are not meant to be primary weapons, its what you pull out when your chopper goes down and you need to hoof it back to the FOB.
