i bought a kp2. i tried the fx #60 and i noticed that if you slide your finger from left to right it goes ok but if you try to do the contrary it rests on the last lenght...have you got tips to do that or ther's nothing to do?

It's hard at first if you don't really know what you're doing.

Watch a few videos and get an idea of what it is, and what certain parts do and you'll understand it more.

mainro572....stereo jack RCA'S will fit into these machines? not just regular RCA'S? cause I know my RCA cables that I have don't fit cause they are too small for the holes to go into, but if I got stereo jack RCA's, they will fit is what you're saying? I'll ask at the music stores & find out. thanx for the advice. If thats the case, then I can get these cracking with my machines. My Korg EMX, ESX, my kaossilator, mini KP pad, my Korg Electribe kybrd., my yamaha kybrd. & my green machine. thanx.

andakimo... Yea, I have both machines. I know the ESX has samples. I'm well intact with that. I'm just overly curious about what was used to create the beats that Wancoco used along with his KP2 pad. I found that very exciting and interesting as well. The other thing is that I'm still confused as to how ppl get to use RCA cables into these machines, when I also have RCA's & they dont fit right into my ESX & EMX. what are they using to get them to fit into the machines? any ideas, hit me up.thanx

Wancoco... Question 4 U. I proudly own the Emx (blue machine ), & I like the effects the KP2 can make with this, but I was wondering. Since I'm a beginning DJ here learning to make new beats, Did you use any kind of sampling to make this particular beat? anything from smart media? did you DL anything to make this beat, or is the beat you used here, already on the blue machine that you only used some of (whatever prog.u used) to make this whole beat happen. I'm curious & wantin to know how.-thanx

Hi. The Electribe MX is not meant to manage samples. The Electribe SX do it. Just handle the EMX and you'll find how to make beats like that..

one rca from the tribes line out-connect to line in on kpad. one rca from kpad out to either your pc or mixer. thats it.
