metro 2033 was SHIT because ammo was so hard to get and you even needed to use it as money, while the mosnters were god damn invincible to your ammo and you'd end up wasting $1000 worth of bullets on a small horde

Games in the vein of 2033,and the STALKER seris are built on the feeling of making you feel hopeless

Because ammo was so hard to get,you had to use your ammo sparingly and get creative.

And the bullets as money premise was incredible

You can use dirty ammo and take longer or use for high quality military grade and become more powerful,in turn,losing your cash.

It required a little thinking,planning and a hell of alot of luck.

With surround sound, if you actually submerge urself into the game and pay attention to the details and most importantly PLAY IT IN RUSSIAN LIKE IT WAS MEANT TO BE PLAYED - then you will realize how incredibly realistic it is. FEAR, Doom and etc have nothing on this game in terms of scariness cause this game will straight up make u shit ur pants
