  • How'd they make a scifi room?

  • @zmbyhntr What do you mean by a scifi room?

  • @zmbyhntr Like inside the spaceship, how'd you set up the scenes? Did you set the scenes in rooms that were designed by you guys or was it all done with chroma key?

  • i liked that title at the end

what software was used for it?

  • With that blocky text, the opening shots of this remind me of The Dig, the classic LucasArts adventure/puzzle game.

  • Was this shot on film or HD? Looks good. I just think there should be more detail about the plot/story. Anyway, Thumbs up! :)

  • @sonne5 It was shot on an HVX-200.

  • What will the final film run time be?

  • this was produced entirely with FXHome products?

  • @BlueDotVideo It was an external team that has been working on the film, so a wide variety of software was used during post-production.

  • the title plate not fx home hehe but look pretty good. How was editing with no sound??? That's one thing I hate about fx home. No sound while you're editing. :(

  • the font at the end ruined it. but still real good!

  • Looking nice! How long has this been in production for? I remember this being announced on the FXHome forums years ago!

  • @MattexFilms2006 Early development started in late 2007, although the shoot wasn't until summer 2008. It's been a long haul for the team.

  • Lovely work! The integration of a real set and chroma key work looked fantastic!

  • this could be a real big screen movie

  • Fantastic !!

  • This looks to be pretty cool. Thought they said "a few weeks" in the last video? That was 7 months ago,lol

  • @jameslawsonsmith It has taken slightly longer than the team initially anticipated, as you noticed. :P

  • @fxhome These things happen in the film business. I know about it, I run a small film club here in Ireland.
