There have to be "bad" players in fps to get scores like this, imagine everyone at the same level as you, that would mean break even scores all the time, nobody would get big killstreaks, and that is what happens in MW if the teams are even, and if you get blown appart by a noob because of a cheap killstreak, you still have a better score in general, give the bad players something to keep them playing, if not you don't play COD where often the goal is getting at least 12 kills before dieing

Recon Drone marks you until you die; you gotta get tagged again to be seen. Blackbird marks EVERYONE for 45 seconds, even after they respawn. You can shoot down a Recon Drone. Recon Drone shows dots on the radar. Blackbird shows the direction which the enemy is facing. Sure you can counter spy plane the Blackbird, but people actually use Strelas in BO. You can argue about this all day, but in the end, Blackbird dominates Recon Drone any day. MW3 still blows dick though.

The recon drone can be taken out with one EMP grenade and you don't even have to be that accurate with it. Recon Drones are permanently visible on the mini-map, so you can just throw in its direction before it even sees you. 2 of my 10 classes have EMP grenades so they aren't really a problem. It's not a new thing to Customise your classes for every possible situation.
