Oh my buddha, so painful to watch!! If Laos wants to compete in all of these events they need to invest in better coaching and players like Flounder751 said. I know women's sports is just starting out in Laos but at least find better players and train them harder before putting them against international teams in such a big event like the Sea Games. Too many mistakes and mis-communication, #12's got a nice spike though. Let's get better Team Lao! Lao SU SU!!!

Look at the Lao coach staff and players, it just like disaster waiting to happen. The only times Laos scores points when Indo players failed serves and ball out of bound. The Indo team was not much better, but Laos was the worst. What Laos needs is to hire better coach (preferably European or Brazilian) and have better selection for national team. Don't Lao sport leadership understand that volleyball needs tall, not short "Mark kham porm" players?
