  • I hears that dehydrated foods will last indefinitely, you mention two months? Do you use an Oxygen absorber? I want to store some fruits/veggies for long time storage. Also, I will keep some in glass jars for everyday use.

  • @2groomer - Hi, I highly recommend using oxygen absorbers in vacuum sealed packs and jars. If you keep dehydrated in a dark, cool place, it will last potentailly for years. If you open something, plan on finishing it. Thank you for watching!

  • Thanks pinkyluvluv! Thank you for your kind comments. :))

You have a couple of choices for storing. You can store each piece flat or roll them up enclosing the wrap. You can seal the bag and then place them in a paper bag sealed with tape.

Just store in your basement, or a cool, dry space for up to two months or place in the freezer for up to a year.

Thanks again! More videos on different foods are coming. have a great weekend.

  • another great video! i want to ask,how long does vegetable leather keep in a vacuum sealed bag for long storage?
