Well, Make the same thing with the same equipment that were used to make that little Robot but in a bigger version, enable it to hold a gun and pull it's finger and you have a Robot Soldier...

The physics change when you add size. It's kind of like the reason there are no invertebrates the size of human beings; Exoskeletons just aren't made to work at larger sizes in our gravity (And possibly some other factors).

Also, the RoboSapien would be a rubbish soldier. It can only move along completely flat surfaces and has extremely little hand articulation. ^_^

Well i don't know anything about robots but i always though that adding some suspensions and longer or joins with a but of oil to stop the sweaking would make a robot to climb over things.
