You can substitute the baker's chocolate with cocoa, and subsitute the cornstarch with flour.

Subsitutions:

1 tbps of cornstarch = 2 tbsp flour

1 oz baker's chocolate = 3 tbsp cocoa poweder + 1 tbsp butter
