this was from a tv show called Óp. They would take 4 members from 4 different bands and give them 20 minutes to write a song together and then they would have to perform them live on camera. Hence the lyrics on paper.

Óp was a tv-show aimed at young people that was on the Icelandic National Television around 2003-2005. This section was a regular section for a while. Then several musicians from different groups were gathered and got something like 1 hour to write a song. So, this song was never released as this was not a real group, so to speak, and they never played together again.
