Now I know I'm not a lawyer, but I thought the defense had to have a list of witnesses that were being called? How could Alexis not know? Am I wrong? LOL

@Aiken4Backstreet I'm no lawyer either but I'm pretty sure she should have a list HOWEVER it has been known in soaps for there to be a surprise witness when they're in need of drama :L I suppose it can be done if it's a last minute call or something.
