  • Wait, didnt the "NOOO! the Naruto Way (with Guest Sensei ViktorColling)" video say that -ja nai shouldn't be used in real conversations? or does the "n" added after the verb make a difference?

  • @hty930

    Where did he say that?

  • @Gimmeabreakman

At 0:50 he says something like "don't use these unless you're in a really casual situation", and the second example is ~n + jianai/ Jia neee...

Or was the whole video a joke, and people actually use those super negative imperatives all the time?

  • watashi wa stephanie desu!

haha this is really fun..... btw.. :D!

  • Hey there. I agree with what you say on the gimmeabreakman website that it's better to write "watashi wa" than "watashi ha". I've been self-teaching for about eight months, and all the textbooks spell the particle as "wa" when it's pronounced that way.

    Thanks for the lesson.

  • I don't think it's "better". It's easier to understand and I don't have to keep repeating the reasons why I write "ha". Personally, I prefer "ha" because that is what the hiragana is. は!Not わ。

  • わたしはジャスティンです。
