If you eat over 15grams of fat per meal that is what you will get. If thats not possible for you then you shouldnt be taking this product. Good Luck!!
All I ever eat is salads, even before I started taking alli, but even if I have just a little piece of cheese on my salad it's just to much. Hopefully my body will just adjust to the drugs, but until then I'm done with cheese. :-D

actually i was searching on line for about 2 hours a product that may help me loose weigh fast, before i got pregnant i weigh about 125lb and i went up to 160, now my son turn 2yrs old yesterday and i still weigh 140lb. after looking me in those pictures with my son for his birthday i couldn't believe how big i look. so today i'm going to start my diet and hopefully this product would help me.
