Well, actually, there is a high quality version out there... Trent Reznor uploaded it to some Torrent site I can't remember the name of in DVD form. Even has the video that's blacked out in the fan-leak version. (You really don't wanna see this in high quality though... it's absolutely nauseating. I watched it this morning and almost vomited. No kidding.)

I heard that the parts with the murderer mutilating that guy are real. That's why the video was banned. Reznor got it from some fan and loved it so he put it on Broken, not knowing that it was real. That's just what I heard, but it could be wrong.
