He is a snake oil salesman who lies, quote mines and distorts information. He's the climate denialist's version of Kent Hovind the creationist. If anyone here is truly a skeptic then you would look into Lord Moncktons background and his sources. BTW, I'm not a fan of Al gore or his flawed documentary.
