Prob a jailbreak tweak I had the wii sound for my iPod touch when I locked and unlocked it :) so this is most likely to be a jail broken iPad and Cydia tweak :). ( I may be wrong but 95% chance right :) )

@mjdenmark1 its a thing in cydia that you can download, the actual thing is that if you pinch out it will goto sleep mode but it works if you just put your hand on the iPad its called "activator" i think
