  • the only thing i have against this is this work out for 30 minutes is too much Stress on your Spine. once your Spine is stressed/stretched, it can only take so much.

  • All of these exercises are not necessary for one day...its a bit much... maybe 3 to 4 Ab exercises on the days of your workout plan...and you could use different exercises each day. great exercises....not great all in one

  • @crashbro I think you are exactly right this is overkill. You should do abs after completing your workout and you do only need 3-4 exercises.

  • You could easily replace the weight bar with a barbell with weights on it (depending on your fitness level you probably only need the barbell to start with).

    With the weight ball you could use a weight plate and for the rope, i am not sure but those two i suggested above could save some people the hassle of purchasing the Gym equipment mickstarguitar has.

    Well. I'm starting from nothing, in that I am pretty under weight for my age. I've got a decent diet and gym schedule now and was wondering how long it took you to start seeing results? I realize everyone is different but I wouldn't mind having some goals to aim for along the way. Thanks in advance.

  • I didn't have the equipment he used, so i just used a blown up balloon as a ball, and a towel as bar, if u use a towel..tighten up your chest and arm muscle as if u were stretching the towel out.

  • @TakeDaCity777 i don't know if you noticed, but he was using a medicine ball. using a light ballon won't give as good as an effect. try using a waterballon or a milk jug filled up with water. it would still have the same effect. :)

  • @avik58 try leg lifts and the like. you are very right about this, I completely agree. Do exercises that work the abs in anyway you can. if you can do a situp, that's just as good. You just have to do more!

  • @avik58 try and lose some weight first, do cardio and eat really healthy, this will help burn some fat. There's no point in doing and ab exercises if you have belly fat, these ab exercises are to help make your core/abs stronger and look better, but you need to lose the belly fat first so you can actually see your abs. Good luck:)

I do know a link of a site that offers workout plans and informations on how you could effectively gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you ever wanted to have.   • The floor excerises would be great for a home workout. Using the Gym machines would hmake hard for most people for a home workout. Then the problem is the cost of the equipment.  Having more plyometrics exercise's would make it a true home exercise routine.
