It won't be timed though.So if you think you may not be done w/ your song you must document b.p.m. / metronome timing.& this video goes too far.Click the appr. icon. name your song (SAVE)Read the little box .Change NOTHING.Except select : WAV AND MP3..also offers choice of OGG & MIDI.

There is an alternative way of saving besides this. Download Wavepad Sound Editor this is free.

Click control->Record. Then In the pop up "Record Control" box the following settings must be applied:

--Playback--

Device: [Default Sound Out]

--Recording--

Device: [Default Sound In]

Input: Windows Record Mixer

The Recording volume will usually go over-loud. So you will have to click: Advanced Record Options. Then in Advanced Settings box slide the threshold to the appropriate decibels -24dB.
