@Ebenia A lot of the raw foodies like the vitamix, but I just have a $40 blender from Walmart and it works just fine! :) I'll but a Vitamix eventually, but for now, since I already have a CuisineArt Food Processor, I figure I'll just stick with my $40 blender cause it works just fine.

@MrLifeinthefastlane I recommend buying some veggie and raw food cookbooks and just experiment. I never get sick of eating veggies because the food I make is SO FREAKING tasty! You can so SOOO much for fruits & veggies and vegetarian food...mmm and curry! Yummeroo! You just gotta be willing to experiment! :)

I really only talked about why fluoride wasn't good in that video, so I figured it would make more sense to make another video giving people the scoop on why it's not good + solutions. I'm super busy these days & simply don't have time to respond to those emails, so it makes more sense to put it all in a video.
