i used photoshop cs for this painting. I purchased photoshop cs5 last week so all my new video will be done in cs5.

@BambooDoodle , I created a new layer on top of her hair, painted with white as a highlight and set the layer option to overlay.

@DeximusDecepticon, Gimp can do the same job, i rarely use it because the layout is annoying and the shortcuts drives me crazy! and it's free so no complain there :) I recommend PhotoshopCS and up.

@DeximusDecepticon , Personally im sticking to CS because i dont need any new feature. But please try the demo software before you buy them, I have purchased software up to a 1000 dollar and i rarely use it. My suggestion is try everything out before you consider purchasing them. If your friends has tablets borrow it from them and try it out.
