Okay, the exact moment your apology begins is 2:46, where you say you haven't discussed much on the robot mode and will elaborate on it more during the wrap up. 'really appreciate all the warnings and caveats you give on him. out here MPs really cost an arm and a leg. and i'm pretty sure i'm thinking twice now before getting this megatron. out here,the cheapest is at $85 including tax.HasbroMP starscream is at $55.when i first saw the MP Starscream & Megatron,i probly wouldn't have hesistated to get them, but now, i'm doing a lot more thinking,thanks to your videos of both of em.so keep those videos coming.

Thanks for the information, Someoen else said that an easy way to tell the difference is that Chinese writing is mostly made of straight lines, while Japanese writing is made up of curves.

The instructions a definitely Japanese! I've just recieved my MP-05 Megatron in the mail today this afternoon. So far I haven't broken anything whatsoever while I was transforming him to gun mode and back to robot mode. I didn't even look at the instructions cuz I've memorized his transformation after watching people do it on video.

He sure as heck is 'delicate' and I had to have help to transform him to gun mode *which he still is in* ;P one of the small screws from the shoulder fell out and I had to get a slightly bigger screw to hold his shoulder in robot mode. but nothin' broken *thank goodness* I even bought the upgrade package and he's sittin' on my dresser *lol*

how did u shorten the energy mace

oh thats easy :) there is a pin in the end of the "handle" of the mace. push it out and the chain comes loose. Take the chain and figure out how short you want it and cut it with a pair of nail clippers or somethign, then drive the pin back through the chain and the handle.

I treat mine with care, and have never had a problem with. I've also dropped him three feet onto a pavement (accidentally) and he was't even scratched. Maybe mine was put goether unusually well, but the impression I get is that the MP5 really isn't as frail as people say it is, and, like with Starscream's wing joints, you just need to take your time and be careful.

Energon Megatron was not included in the booklet because in Japan his not called Megatron but as Galvatron and the Energon upgrade was named Galvatron-G.

reason there missing energon meg is because in japan he was galvatron which makes more sense since he was galavtron at the end of armada. Good part 1 though

Yeah he feels fragile but once you know how to transform him it becomes easier.

transformers are either designed in japan , america or europe, no where else and also the toys these days were made in china and the instruction booklet of coarse is japanese you don't need to ask, because they don't inprint chinese characters in a japans toy.....dumb dumb lol!!!

Animated toys are all skinny and stuff, but no one has been scared about breaking them.

Oh and I think its Japanese.

I speak Chinese, not fluent, like 23 words...

So i'll use logic instead, if the toy is sold in JAPAN, why would they have CHINESE directions? :P

also, Japan usually uses that kinda bold font and that swirly symbol, Chinese is more fancy lookin.

Have you ever held one? his waist is made up of several thin pieces of plastic that collapse on top of each other onto a clip, they are less than 3/8ths of an inch wide and probably 3/16th of an inch thick, held together with metal pins. the legs are attatched in the same manner.

The pins that hold these parts together look like they are just begging to bust out! Besides the parts that make up the guns handle, and the shoulder armor that pops off, not a single piece is made to pop off if stressed, everything is a handle with care part on him.

One off topc question Are your alternators grimlocks elbows so loose he can't hold his gun with the elbow bent? Mine is and I'm tying to fix it.
