@spriteofbones Murder is the killing of a human being. If you drop the hyperbole and stop complaining after watching videos that you know will offend you then people might bother listening to what you have to say. Because of your own childish behavior, your opinion has no value.
@spriteofbones You use implication to lie and you have trouble expressing yourself without using foul language. You STILL don't present yourself as someone who has an opinion worth listening to.
Worthy enough as it seems for you to keep on answering my posts.
You know what I'm talking about, don't you? I sense you have the education required to embrace my point as a whole. There's a philosophyto it you'll be met with if you are educated.
There's nothing to lose in the process of facing the truth...
@spriteofbones I'm responding to your attitude more than your posts. Yes. I know what you are talking about. You are talking about whatever you can sidestep into to avoid what I am saying to you. One of the tactics of Liberals is to shift the argument. You get the illusion of "winning" when no one can counter your constantly shifting argument.
@wellallright This isn't for sport, adventure, hides, or furs. Though it is fun :P This is straight up pest extermination. These things destroy land, crops, and injure livestock when they trip in the holes.
You practice not killing, period? BS that bean sprout you ate is just as much alive as anything. Just because you let someone else do the butchering for you doesn't mean you don't have to consume life to live yourself.
@wellallright you have animal blood on your hands, you just outsource the killing. The meat you eat was butchered and killed somewhere. Even if you are a vegetarian, the plants you consume came from farms that poisoned, shot, trapped and destroyed natural habitat of many animals to obtain that output.
Killing animals for sport, for pleasure, for adventure, and for hides and furs is a phenomena which is at once disgusting and distressing. There is no justification in indulging is such acts of brutality.
Just so you know no prairie dogs were hurt in the making of this film.....they were destroyed!!lol here one min all over the place the next...!@#$%!@@####
You won't get all the carnage, but even just a trusty little .22lr with something like CCI Stingers or Velocitors will do the trick nicely. On another note, there is a video online of someone hitting prairie dogs with a .50 cal. They just explode. In fact, they actually seem to even char a bit. Also, try looking for a demo video for Varmit Grenades--a super fragmenting round that even shatters hitting a grape. They decimate little critters.
in my opinion the best compilation of death to varmints and music you should do another video with more slow motion shots i like the one where you can see the bullet fly into the little bastard

The ignorance of rednecks never ceases to amaze me. Killing animals they know absolutely nothing about just for the sake of their own inbred enjoyment.
You must raise prairie dogs...do you train them as well? Are they cute and fuzzy? Well, these aren't...so don't get them confused with the ones you snuggle up with tight every night. You should also consider your own ignorance before displaying it to the world; you obviously didn't notice that we were OBLITERATING these rodents instead of just 'killing' them. Best of luck at processing video through your flea infested brain next time...friend.
The next time you enjoy your dinner, whether it be a steak, some corn, salad, or even horse hoof (you seem like the type) just think of all those little cute and fuzzy prairie dogs (that carry the Black Plague) that were poisoned to protect the food that you are eating. Maybe you should get off of your duff and picket the farmers that cause them to die such a long, twitching, foaming at the mouth, slow death...they can't even mourn each others' deaths since they are all dead...so sad! Maroon!
Just think how much of a better death they received from a bullet versus the poison. Why don't you educate yourself a bit more on where the actual cruelty is taking place before you dump your garbage in here?
down here in kansas we don't use benches, we just drive the truck out into the middle of the town and whenever we see one we just turn it off and start shooting, for a rest we pull the mirrow back towards the truck and put a sandbag on it and use the sandbag for a rest, we also cut a 2X4 about 6 inches long cut a slit big enough in it so we can just slide it on the window we wrap it in carpet too so it doesn't scratch up the gun
Love the video. I just got back from Interior SD. I took a 204, 17, 223, and 308. The 204 is the best by far. Anyone going hunting out there, get all the information about where you are hunting before you go. If it is on reservation land, you will need a reservation license, and a guide who is a tribal member. You can get a SD hunting license online. Some of the dog towns have "Plague" signs. Take bug repellent to keep any fleas from jumping on you.
Maybe I should have said the 204 was the best of the guns I took on the trip. The 223 would probably been fine with better optics. It is a Bushmaster with Eotech and 3X magnifier. The 204 has a 6.5X20 Leupold on it. The 17 was blown around by the wind. The 204 did not seem to start having the wind skew it until past 200 yards. The 308 is to expensive to shoot and kicks the crap out of you. You can see the shot hit the varmint with the 204 without the recoil.
.204 is a great choice. Big enough bullet to not get blown around as much as the .17 (unless a lot of crosswind) and it is fairly cheap to load - unless you are looking for H335 like me right now and it is out of stock everywhere! And like he said, you get to see the carnage since there is not much recoil.
The .22-250 and .220 swift are great choices as well. I'm taking a .257 and .30-378 Weatherby Mag. to Wyoming for the next video! Gonna try some of those 1000 yard shots...
great vid mate, good editing to make the clips fit the song so well, i would say this video got me pumped for shooting some praire dogs, but im in australia so i gotta blast the bunnys
what a great video guys. edited very well, great shots, and a great time for someone who spends many a lazy day shooting gophers. up here in montana, i shoot gophers with a 243 and a dragunov haha overkill, but a good time and good practice.
Nice shooting, especially considering the crosswind in most of those shots. You can see the blood mist vapor cloud AND the dust from the soil coming up only for a milisecond and then being blown totally sideways
At 2:20 you can see the bullet travel to its mark..Nice shooting!!
