Monkeypoo u shud meet ure fiancee and if u havent u need too. you cannot marry on a visa waiver. and if you do marry without filin for the fiancee visa you will be deported and then asked to file for a marriage visa, which doesn't look good on ure part as u shouldnt marry on visa waiver so ure best bet is a k1 and get an attorney too as it looks better for the fiancee when he/she goes to their interview at the embassy wherever they live
Have have to get married in the US within 90 days from crossing. You can just have the justice of the peace do it if you want. You could then have your '2nd wedding' with friends and family later...although you would not get a marriage license from that one...it would be more of a renewing your vows.
