I don't know the name of the episode Lespaul29, but its the one where George has to award a scholarship to someone from Susan's charity. He chooses as kid who wants to be an architect, then the kid changes his mind. The kid gets the Van Buren Boys after George to get his scholarship back. Kramer has had a run in with the Van B. Boys, but can't tell George how to escape them because he sold all his stories to Peterman. And yes, I have seen this one way too much!!! Hope this helps
