  • Water inside a computer, how long did I sleep?

  • that is too loud. his probably got 20 metre cables and plays games on the monitor in his neighbors house. love the pc though

  • It looks more like a monster than a computer...

  • Amazing :D

u did 3 parts in 1 day lol pro

  • MARRY ME

  • Can this baby run crysis 2 well :) nice rig, btw.

  • @lilryanps3 That machine has been retired actually, this is my current rig - watch?v=NNU-Nk0Jvps

  • Very nice setup, what fan is making all the noise, nice but i don't think i can tolerate the noise. you should try putting some rubber shrouds on the fans to eliminate some of the noise. are the fans on the rad making all the noise. they are sure nice looking fans, great job dude.

  • @msibayan407 I believe the fan on the chipset is the culprit. Also the fans on the RAMs.

  • you know just looking of that case keeps reminding me of ConeHeads =) but awesome RIG!!!! LOVING IT!!!

  • what is that

  • LOOL what cassi is that m8 ?

  • @stalkerchernobyl i think its a thermaltake Armor

  • what's the cpu's clock speed? 4ghz?

  • so is your cpu at like -50 all the time> seriously? that is tooo epic :D

  • Oh dear lord.

  • Nice, it almost makes it look like a fish tank xD. But i love it. U shud add some fishys.

  • JUST FOR THE CPU! ALL THAT MONEY! A 240 MM RADIATOR IS MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR A CPU WATER LOOP!!!

  • 9 people dont have that awesome computer

  • How much did all of this cost?

  • Wow.

  • Why did you choose to put red LED fans on top when the case has a blue theme?

  • i don't know too much about watercooling, but isnt that too much radiator for just cooling the CPU? It would be worth the size and noise if the videocards and other stuff would be watercooled.

  • Isn't that rad setup a dust magnet? Looks great, but must be a pain to keep clean. Dust is my biggest enemy!

  • very nice cabel management

  • ARRRGH!!!!! someone stole your psu!!!! no seriously where the fuck is it?

  • OMG THAT IS JUST A HELL OF A RIG NNNNIIIICCCEEE WWWOOORRRKKKK!!!!

  • OK it's a nice rig! Only thinkg that gets me is part of the point of water cooling is to cool the whole rig not just the CPU and to me i think SOUND is a BIG thing and that sounds like it's loud!!! still it's got to be fun to overclock that.

  • Very nice rig bro. Do you use a kill coil?

  • That is a crazy mod. Great job.

  • i have 3 fans and luq cooling stays 80 in and out

  • what coolant are you using man...nice rig btw

  • @HugeJackmanTV Thanks :)

I'm using distilled water with a little Nuke -PHN from Petras

  • @ArmedZagi yeh ....im running car coolant :D lol

  • some bill gates shit my friend. prett beast!

  • what a monster! o.O

  • WTF and what CPU/GPU has it?

  • you are awesome.

  • Sweet watercooling loop man! Is that whole loop dedicated to your CPU wow!

  • those look like stove tops, now you can play CoD and eat some delicious eggs :D

  • what type of computer is that....alienware. did you make it yourself. if you did........awesome.

  • @nero3404 Yes, I built it at home. Thanks :)

  • BEAST, that looks so awesome

  • is this a ....computer ?!?!? xD

  • I bet if you showed a girl that you'd get laid.

  • That thing must be so freaking loud

  • that whole top thing is the radiator damn, its a nice rig no joke

  • Is that A rubber tubing ?

  • why arent you watercooling the graphics cards?

  • is that homemade???

  • @Tonygt13 Yes. Built around 4 years ago. The watercooling and 8gb of memory are the only recent additions

  • why does it make so much nois ?:S i would go crazy with that nois

  • holy shit nice!

  • what kind of tubing is that?

  • @j7x54 The tubing is 1/2" Silver Lined Tygon sleeved with 3/4" Automotive Braided Steel.

  • Very nice, specs to build and case pls.

  • haha, that loop isn't overkill, it the MASSIVE radiator!

  • Dear God, I just jizzed, everywhere.

  • nice rig but you have to get the vga waterblock and chipset waterblock

    check my rig Overkill

  • You're only using that huge ass watercooling rig for your CPU? Not even a GPU waterblock? or chipset?

  • You should but some blue cathods under the radiator thingie...:D

    It would look awesomeeee...:P

  • Nice set up, but the stupid neon lighting is pointless.

  • you said ambient temp was 79f and mine is 75. not a big difference.... but anyways the pc LOOKS AWSOME!!

  • its a bit noisy i guess?

  • Or, you could downgrade to something like an 700-800, and use the 200$ you save everymonth to buy a higher end processor.

  • why such a huge system and only cooling ur CPU? if i was to spend that much on that big of a rad and set up i would water cool everything. at least i wouldnt have to have all those fans on everything else making it even LOUDER.

by the way i dont see how water cooling is SOOO much better. i know it looks cool and cool concept but i have a nice air cooler on my CPU and it runs at those temps. AMD Phenom 4x quadcore. dont get me wrong i want water cooling some day cuz it looks cool.. but y els?

  • Yea watercolled AMD, right on ;P

  • Well, he called it overkill for a reason.

  • is your computer on the floor or on the besk

  • besk.

  • thats a pretty sikk case!

  • I just came

  • bloody hell thats hot just for idle

  • Thats sick man

  • Just curious but how much did this cost ya?

  • wHAT is this ?

  • That's beautiful. You did a really good job on it!

So what do you have planned next? TEC's? Prometia?

...liquid nitrogen? *laughs* Anyways, awesome job. I'd love to know your SuperPi or 3DMark scores.

  • Never ran Superpi or 3dmark Vantage, but my 3dmark06 score in early 2008 was in the 18,000s thanks to the old 8800gtx's.

Those were great cards. They've been extremely durable in the market and are still able to compete with lots of new mid-range offerings.

A friend is giving me his old qx9650 in a couple weeks... that should be fun to play with :)

    Thanks for the comment.

  • You ever get noise complaint from your neighbor? jk

Very nice setup. For such a hefty water cooling system I would of though it would be cooler. Do you keep you room pretty warm or something?

  • The middle of summer in Oklahoma. Room stayed 80degrees or higher 90% of the time D:

  • That must be why it does not run cooler. Water cooling can only cool down the system to room temp.

  • ZOMG!!!!! Liquid cooling? That is awesome i never met anyone but me with liquid cooling.. That is liquid cooling right?

  • Yeah its liguid cooling

  • i thought it would get colder

  • I just ask about that. It runs a little warmer bec he keep his room warm. Water cooling system can only cool you system to (close to) room temp.

He said he keep his room around 80 degrees fahrenheit. His system run ide at 30 degrees celsius 30C = 86F so it only run 6 degrees warmer then his room which is normal.

  • SOOOOO LOUD But VERY VERY NICE WORK

  • do you really need all those fans if its water coooled?

  • The memory fan and the 3 front fans are unnecessary, but I do need the rest.

  • Awsome liquid cooling what do you use instead of tubing

  • he used the same type of tubes as you would use on the back of your toilet and some sinks.

  • Its actually 1/2"id 3/4"od Silver lined Tygon meant for PCs. I just sleeved them in braided steel (actually tinned copper braid).

Using regular steel braided rubber hose like you would find on plumbing fixtures would probably be a bad idea.

  • oh, they look exactly like it lol ya I wouldn't advise puting plumbing pipe on a computer either lol

  • I must say I was unsure what to think of that Radiator Shroud at first. But you did a good job only thing I didnt like is the fans on your radiator are red/orange and your color scheme is blue. LOL Im building a rig up for A Bright Green UV set up.

  • I'll have to agree with MucanDusa...the orange/red fans threw me off. I'm a firm believer in sticking to one color.

Nice job otherwise. Your description is accurate (Overkill). lol. 5/5

  • I plan on changing over all my old blue Apieva fans to the orange Xigmateks (the xig fans are much quieter).

Had to start somewhere and couldnt afford to change them all at once. $144 for fans only is a bit steep. ;)

  • lol kinda loud. but looks pimp.

  • magnets not cool !!!!!!! 100% BAD 4 hdd !!!!!!!

  • Sorry, but thats incorrect. The magnets I'm using are extremely small and will have absolutely NO effect on the hard drives.

Think about laptop designs. Lots of laptop lids are kept shut with magnets. The doors on the front my of case are kept closed by magnets also...By manufacturers design. So if you wont believe me, trust the engineers who do these things for a living. ;)

  • suck it this fucking great thing must be expensive...or not?

  • sick it must run really fast

  • that is sick u wont really need a new computer but u should update it when new up dats r out

  • that computer....is......really colorful lol. i think its awsome that u got it to run on water...

  • liquid cooling i a serious pain in the ass.

  • you did all of that just to cool the cpu i would have done the video cards motherboard chipsets and mabey even the ram

  • whats good about the water?

  • If done properly, its far more efficient than air cooling. Better temps.

  • Great work on that shroud for the rad-looks killer.

  • I dont get it...

Is it a computer with water in it?

    i mean wtf why?

and if it is a computer: is it good?

  • Yes, its a computer with water in it. The water isnt exactly IN the computer, its IN the cooling system for the cpu.

Why? Because its very efficient and keeps the processor very cool.

Is it good? Its ok. Its nearly 3 years old now. When it was first built, it was almost as good as you could buy.

  • awesome is all i can say man!

n u sure to god having fun with it!

  • Man...Where are the fishes??? lol! Nice work there man!^^

  • get masterkleer 1/2'' black tubing it will look better. nice mod on the radiator shroud but it sort off looks like a house for hamster to live in lol

  • Eh, I really dont like the look of plain black tubing. Automotive braided steel however.. I think that looks nice. To each their own...

  • i meant shiny black tubing but still its your choice.

  • is that a computer??

  • Hehe... yessir

  • Wow is your ram cooler spinning that hard? Or something else? Because i want water cooling for the silent and to overclock nicely!

Nice rig and idd it looks like a fish tank ;)

  • Dont let my system scare you, water IS the way to go for silence. I have a total of 19 fans in the case so its a little unusual...

In order from loudest to quietest:

NB fan, video cards, memory fans, rear and front blue fans, power supply, yate loons (not visible), orange xigmateks.

    ...Lol...

  • hey man that ummm whats should i say thats fuck up man in an good way i love it fuck 5/5 ill give it 100/100 bro nice well dune

  • lol this is cool and funny at the same time

  • looks like my fish tank

  • nice rig

  • looks like a doomsday device you made to end all human races, lol

  • that is a much awesome setup

  • wtf ??? you use a gtx 480 to cool only the cpu ?? i thinking to buy that but i thinking to using for cooling all the parts ... what temps you take in full load ?

  • Lol, ya the 480 is overkill for a CPU loop. I chose it over a 360 because it fit so nicely on top of the case.

My load temp is around 42-44 depending on ambient. 1.35 volts on cpu.

  • he said 42 in the vid. thats celcius

  • nice biut what if you get a leak waht happens then

  • prolly fry the mobo.

  • Then i think the computer is thrash... At least some of it.

  • dude, u dont need thos fans on max -.- lower em down dude

  • dude, need to say dude more to let em know you KNOW your stuff... dude

  • I'm baffled at why a watercooled system is making so much noise. Is the main source of this noise those red fans on the radiator?

(Nice job fixing it to the top of the case, btw!)

  • The noise is coming from the cheap blue Apevia's in the case. The fans on the rad are very quiet.

  • Nice computer but holy crap, it's louder than my 360 lol.

  • nice comp. beats my water cooling. great job. 5/5

  • Now that is perfection, faved, 5'ved, subscribed! ;)

  • NICE COMPUTER, u made a one of a ind machine, gratz

  • Thanks!

  • Dude , you should REALLY get tripplehead , then you haev maximized computer! :D fav adn 5 stars ;) , btw ive subscribed to you aswell =)

  • that thing must be a beast!

    and energy hog. lol

  • I just noticed that the spacing of your rad support is not spaced evenly, was there a problem.

  • Yes, my math at 2:00am ....lol

The top of the case is 21" long. The aluminum is 1.5" wide. That comes out to 7 aluminum pieces with 7x1.5" gaps.

I had two options, either do 1.75" gaps or use 1.5" gaps with one 3" gap in the front. I temporarily clamped it both ways to see which looked better.

I actually liked it better with the one large gap at the front... So I built it that way :)

  • still looks great, either way.

  • nice mod 5* keep up the great work.

    Cheers

    Lazyman

  • looks overkill?

  • I rarely "do adequate" lol

  • wut part of tx ru frum

  • Born in Pflugerville. Raised in Austin. Then Denton. Lived in several other towns along the way.

  • sounds super loud in the beginning.

  • are you sure that's a pc lol that thing looks like something the Terminator uses to play game before he went out to find John Connor xD

  • cool, awesome pc, the tubing looks HUGE lol, i like ur job : ) lol nice job

  • how well would this run gta4 or crysis

  • Nice bro i love how it came out 5/5

  • damn! it's scary! at first I thought it was some NASA footage. the cooling takes just so much space. why you need such an aggressive solution? I read you have a OCed quadcore and 2 8800 GTX, that shouldn't generate such a hell of a heat, or not?

  • if you are overclocking then of course you need cooling

  • hey bud how did you make the shroud?

it looks so good :) an the stand for the rad

  • Ah, sorry for the last post, I now see that theres about an inch gap inbetween the clamps and the fans now that it's finished. (:

By the way, it looks freakin' sweet! :D

  • NP :) ..Thanks!

  • looks pretty kick ass man keep up the good work

  • Thanks!... Coming from you I consider that high praise.. lol

  • wow man very nicely dont i really like this mod, its slightly big but still it looks amazing and i bet it keeps the ehat away very well nice work :)

  • Ya it is kinda huge... the case is now a full 31" high... But it does keep it COOOL....

  • NICE STUFF BRO
