Actually, i like this version more. The singer of the original one dont sing with ''soul'', you know ? He kinda of doesn't have THE thing, the emotion while singing . GN'R version is more agressive, more sensible (yeah, agressive and sensible haha), more ''bombastic''. no version is better than Rocket From the Tombs with Peter Laughner. There is no comparison. the way GnR did its not the same style. Probably this is a cover of the Dead Boys version. I doubt they knew the original and thats why it just doesnt have the feeling or rawness of the original. this cover obviously is taken far from punk or rock & roll. Dead Boys contained members of RFTT I have to say is better bcause its closer to the original but with the production and stiv still doesnt compare.
