I got a remington haircut kit... and it doesnt shave so effortlessly. Like i have to glide it through really slow, and it won't always just leave a shaved trail behind. Is this normal? The ones at the hairdressers, it just shaves it off straight away...

@darooguy This Remington kit does well for its price, it's certainly not as smooth as the clippers a hairdresser would usually use, and the reason it doesn't always shave effortlessly is because the higher the comb number you have set, the more effort you need to put in, from my experience this seems to be due to the angle of the blade, as instead of the hair running straight into the blade, it's on a 90 degree angle instead. :)

Hey Patellaman, do your Remington SC clippers still work properly?? I read this product was discontinued after 2 years because the battery was very faulty. But i notice ur video is over a year old... i am about to buy one off amazon

@0dour i got mine in '08 and after a year the battery wouldnt hold a charge. now it doesnt even turn on. definately get one that plugs into the wall

Oh god Oh god Oh god. bad hair day. or is it no hair day.

i was at home cutting my own hair with the clippers when i forgot to put the foil back on after cleaning it all. And i started to cut my hair again. So ive cut a great chunk out of my hair..So tomorrow ive got to shoot off to the hair dressers to get my hair shaved but lie to the girl who does it and say. that i fell asleep at a party etc

The new look is awesome. It looks great and definately suits you. I razor shave my head so I know what it takes to keep it from getting burnt but thats easy - just a bit of sunblock.

I think you should keep it that short or try a razor shave and see how you like it.

This must not be a pure accident. Your real intention was probably to do it, even if you were not really aware of it.

If this was a test to know what you will look like in 15 years, when you have lost your hair, you are now able to know that you are as sexy without hair as with your hair.

Anyway, since there are thousands of men with a shaved head, I think you'd better not shave again (intentionally), unless there would be a very hot summer.

haha thankyou, yes my intent was a no. 2 shave, but I'd forgotten to put the comb on it (as it has a retractable blade in it...) that was a natural reaction! LOL

It's summer at the moment, so it's good for keeping cool... although not so good for getting burnt by the sun! haha...
