@MrTrigga313 hold down power and home for 10 seconds let go then just hold power it should turn on if it does boot tethered OR use redsn0w recovery fix if it boots with itunes logo

A strange question, I know, but how come the apple logo on your screen is not cracked like all the others I have seen? Is it a custom one? Also, I know this will un-jailbreak my phone, but will it get back some stock items from the apple. Photos and iPod have been erased form my iPhone by the previous owner (not just hidden icons.)

All paid apps can be redownloaded for free under your account. All songs and what not can be resync'd after the restore - as long as they are on your computer, of course.
