  • Tinnitus is ruining my life

  • wiem cos o tym niestety

    mam to od roku :(

  • i had tinnitus since i was 11 years old and now im near 21 imagine the suffering of that tv sound everyday 24/7...there is no cure for tinnitus.....accept it and try to ignore it

  • @BurningXeno -- IGNORE? think that might be the wrong choice of word, BX

  • I've had Tinnitus for a year and a half now, Understand that it's not the end of the world, You are not a different person cause of it, And you can live with it.It drove me crazy at first, I was obsessed. What I did was went to a quiet room, And let the shit get as loud as it could. I faced it and accepted it. As of now I feel like I don't have it. Don't try to make it go away, Just live and you're brain will mute it out. I still blast music on full volume etc...

    Fuck Tinnitus, Just live

  • @TigertailzBezerk thank you TigertailzBezerk, that was really encouraging.

  • I'm glad that I've got my music always at a low volume...

  • I'm 11 and I've got tinnitus it scares me and i herd people kill themselves because of it I'm scared help

  • It's not that bad, just tune it out and listen to a fan when you go to bed, and it's not just caused by loud music, I have had it for as long as I can remember and from what I am hearing from other people, it might be caused by a having a large amount of ear infections especially when you are young. This is something I had when I was young, it was so bad I had surgery and I had to wear headgear when I swam for years to prevent infection.

  • There is a cure for Tinnitus its called stem cells.

  • As of new, Tinnitus is mainly caused by WLAN microwaves and LTE masts. Go find a park where there are no mobile masts nearby (make sure) and wait for the Tinnitus to disappear.

  • does alcohol worstin tinnitus

  • @JTelli786 YES.

  • already have tinnitus..

    mothafukas were late

  • My tinnitus sounds louder when I bite my teeth together strongly, does anyone else notice the same?

  • @nielzdg i just tried it and noticed the same thing

  • @nielzdg

Just tried it and you're right. Check my comment on WLAN on this page. I got no Tinnitus caused by music, it's caused by LTE mobile masts opposite my flat on the roof. And now many flats have WLAN and the ear reacts to the microwaves. It's so annoying it drives me nuts - especially as a formerly trained sound engineer with good ears.

  • @dailydissolution By any chance, do you occasionally feel that your jaw is overly tense? Any sensation of pain when opening your mouth widely?

  • I just tested my ears and since i hear tinnitus on my right ear I closed my left ear and played this video and could barely hear the ringing presented in this video but when I closed my right ear and replayed this video I could hear the ringing quite good on my left ear that is. So I guess I also have some hearing loss

  • I have a random ringing in my ear but it is lower pitched compared to the ringing in the video.

  • I started with Tinnitus on Nov 7th 2011. I noticed it when I was getting ready to sleep and I noticed this high pitch noise. I went to a Ear Nose Mouth Doc who did some test and noticed that I could hear high pitch tones better than the norm. Test results hinted that my tinnitus might be due to sodium. I noticed that my Tinnitus is not so bad when I avoid high sodium food. But when I do eat something high in sodium, Boy do I regret it! the noise gets louder.

  • i am 50 years old and have suffered with tinnitus for 7 months now 24 7 . if you want to hear what it sounds like open a programme called Audacity 1.2.6 click generate tone in the box change the HZ to around 11000 hz click generate again add white noise you should now see 2 blue long boxes turn the white noise down somewhat thats the sound of my tinnitus . Is it yours .

  • I have tinnitus that started 2 days ago, but it doesn't really effect me at all

  • it's have a cure, it's 90% gone..

the beatles's music is the cure!

  • Comment removed

  • I've heard it for as long as I can remember. I thought it was normal. I also thought that visual snow was normal...

  • I have Tinnitus but I don't really care...

  • I have it and its fucking annoing

  • i'm almost 14 and i have tinnitus. I don't know, maybe 4 or 3 years ago it started and i didn't know what that was. One day at music class, our teacher showed this video and i realized it. I don't have it all the time but it's so bad to hear it

  • T & H has destroyed my present and my future, it can happen 2 u. Protect what U have because once it’s gone, it’s gone!

  • I only hear it when everything is quiet.

  • im 14 and have tirnitus and live in norway, i hear it 24/7 all day never gone away some times i cant sleep 2 days last time i sleept realy good.

  • What if the noise isn't a ringing but more like a low pitched rubbing like the sound your joints make when they rub together

  • I have had tinnitus and mild hyperacusis for nearly three years. I've learned how to cope with it but it can still grate on my nerves sometimes. Fortunately I don't notice it as much as I used to.

  • I get this when I'm goin out from the disco

  • yesterday i've been in a concert of a punk band ,called zsk, after i'd a loud noise in my ear, tinnitus? no... i went home and thought that it would go away in the night, but, NO. no, i've this noise for over 11 hours in my ear and IT SUCKS!!! i will never go to a concert without "ohropax" (german firm, which makes earplugs) a good advice, NEVER GO TO CONCERTS WITHOUT EARPLUGS!!!

  • Today it's gotten better, I don't think mine is permanent. However, I have gotten an enourmous respect for loud sounds, and I won't ever go to a concert or party without ear plugs.

  • @TriathlonMoe

Same here, i was at a concert, now i got it.

  • 9 months, been avoiding every kind of loud noise since. Mostly I can ignore it. Every time some moron shouts into my ear, I pray it won't get louder, because I'm desperate as it is

I've always kept my music at a level that is comfortable, since I've always been sensible to loud noise, so that's not it. It just started some day and everyone had different theories as to why. I tried EVERYTHING, but nothing changed it in the slightest

If anyone creates a cure, I'll gladly become his house elf

  • I got this yesterday, well I don't know if it's permanent, but I'm really scared. I was at the shopping mall, and had a "dot" in my ear, and it lasted all day, when I went to sleep, I heard the sound, and I couldn't sleep, when I felt asleep I woke up and it's still there.. I only hear it when my ear is blocked, like if I hold on my ear, or my ear is on the pillow, or I shower and get water in my ear etc.... it's only on my right ear, I do swim, could it be that, I haven't heard a bomb.. help :S

  • @TriathlonMoe I had a weak sound in one of my ears one day I even heard it when the tv was on but it was still weak....as u said I heard it stronger when I had my ear on the pillow but it was still weak enough to be able to sleep at least...still annoying though... after like 2 months I would say it disappeared...I still got a very very weak "after effect" ringing sound in my ear sometimes I hear it at night sometimes I dont...its THAT WEAK...I have to conecentrate to hear it..

  • @TriathlonMoe and often of timesI have to even plug my ears with my fingers to even hear this weak sound... im just so glad that it was permanent man when I first heard the sound I thought of suicide right away hahhaa

  • Ugh, i hope they find a cure for it.

  • i'm a 16 year old girl and i have tinnitus for almost 3 years now though i never listened to real hard music. in the hospital i had to do some hearing test and even a brain scan to exclude a brain tumour... luckily everything seemed to be normal. i've accepted the noise more or less now, and i'd like to say to everyone who's suffering on this problem that they are not alone and they should not let it rule their lifes

  • I have slight tinitus. Freaks me out when it's to quiet around. But with some noises in the environment I can't hear it. Hope it's not going worse.

  • @MrWandake Seriously!

  • @Keael Agree!

  • Is it kinda like the ticking of a clock? After a while you don't notice it?

  • happend to me when I was 15 on a concert..

  • @HiraYb

Same here fuckin shit i´m 15 and because of my FIRST concert i got it :(

  • @tonikroos4 dont worry mate, it gets better as time passes.. At the beginning it was fucking annoying now I am used to it. You can get custom earplugs to go to concerts and stuff without becoming deaf :)

  • What I'm trying to say is...your brain is a funny thing and will adapt easily to how you perceive things. No one hears complete silence. The more you concentrate on this ringing sound, the louder, and louder and louder it will become. Take simple measures, eat healthily, exercise, wear earplugs and try to stay away from loud noises, this will keep your mind at ease about it. It will then slowly ease out of your mind, and will get quieter until, boom. Its gone. Dont listen to it.

  • I never knew about tinnitus and what it actually was until I came across it accidently on the TV. "It's common cause is loud noise such as clubs, gigs and mp3 players". This scared me because I clubbed every weekend, listened to my ipod loudly and loved my music. I then began to concentrate on the tiny, insignificant ringing in my ear. Everyday it got louder the more I listened,I then diagnosed myself with chronic tinnitus...until I learned to shut it out. Now its gone. Dont pay attention to it.

  • I mentally control it. So YES i can hide from it by mentally bringing down the volume on it, but at least it's only in my right ear.

How i control it... I visualize a volume dial in my mind and slowly turn it down.. You must put complete focus on it for it to level down until you can't hear it anymore. This works for me. I'm not sure if it will work for others.

  • i finally found a cure that works for tinnitus that i developed in my home studio as a singer songwriter producer

  • I'm 23/m and can't remember exactly when it started, but I've had it at least a year. To help, you just have to believe that it isn't a big deal. So I never think about it, except in the morning when everything is quiet and I can hear it, but in the day it goes away (because things are louder around). It actually went away though for a month or two, but came back last week. I'm learning more about it now..

  • I had Tinnitus around 3 years ago and I eventually managed to beat it, for 2 years I was T free. Yesterday it all came back, Im devistated. :(

  • I have it bad in both ears its goten worser by today coz I was in a club and its taken it to the next level!! I need help!!

  • I have it and I'm 18. I think I'v had for like a year. I didn't listen to music often until I was in high school. Also, my left ear is deaf so I can only hear with my right. I always hear this scraping noise when a shoe is slided against a basketball court. It's funny cause I'v only heard once at this one guy's place. I usually hear at home but no else hears it except me. With one ear working, it's hard for to know that I'll be living with this sound with one working ear.

  • I only get that when it's really quiet. So... I've come to a conclusion. MOVING TO NEW YORK! hahah jk. but yeah....

  • Tinnitus is cool :) is my best friend / I love this sound

  • I know the feeling of having tinnitus mine wasnt so high pitched at all tbh...but it was enough to scare me to death the first time I heard it...I just wanted it to end it was annoying as hell...thank god after about 2 months it disappeared for good never to return

  • @GameRelatedStuff

you're very lucky..I've had had tinnitus since august, so that's about 3 months from the day of this comment.

I was reading a book at night when first i noticed it.

  • If you hear this sound right here /watch?v=GLbrGBPdVaE is that Tinnitus or not?? Really I need to know I heard something like that while in the Hospital Lobby and its freaking me out.

  • This is random but I found out that both Jay Baruchel and Will I Am have tinnitus. Also I wish there was a positive vid on coping or living w tinnitus from a young persons perspective. I might make one :)

  • @Sid60z I know, watch this one might help: /watch?v=7xSIwhIvLxI

  • i sleep to radio. sports or news talk radio

  • I have an ever so slight bit of this. Its like the sound of tv set on but it has to be almost absolutely silent for me to hear it. Its like when a tv is on except even quieter. See my inner ears get stopped up easy from colds and allergies which often cause acute cases. Where my ear my ring loudly all night, but then be silent later. So, its mostly caused by my ears getting stopped up.

  • why do 27 person dislike this ?!!!

  • @yass4ever - Because they don't have the problem. I hope these folks are so lucky that they live to their 70's and still don't have the problem.

  • What I would to bring back the silence I loved as a child...

I hope I can talk with someone about it soon, my tinnitus has been my primary cause of psychological stress lately, It would help a lot to meet seem someone in person who understand how I feel.

  • @justme333555 - wearing hearing aids could help to bring back some silence.

  • I've had tinnitus for around 7 years, but I'm not even 20 yet, haha.

I hear three constant sounds in my ears. A ringing sound (similar to the noise in the video, although I could barely hear it) , a buzzing sound (similar to a noise some television sets make when they are on) , an a whooshing sound changing in pitch and volume at multiple second intervals (somewhat similar to the sound an air conditioner makes, this sound is the worst by far)

I'm trying to bear with it for now, but it sucks :(

  • @justme333555

    SaMe to SaMe!!

  • This scientist is currently working on a cure, just google : will rosellini

Also, this website has lots of info: action on hearing loss dot org

  • I'm 13 and I already have Tinnitus :'( :'( ahhh

  • @xxRawrCupcakeTanyaxx how much loud ?

  • Hello all, i am 23 and have tinnitus for 2 years. in the 2 years it has gotten worse, as like many people it gets worse with the time going by. Anyway, i was wondering if there is a good international forum where i can chat with other tinnitus patients. I live in the netherlands and we have a forum but there arent many people there. or maybe someone who also suffers a lot from tinnitus wants to chat sometime?

  • @PsychoticBlueFlames You can join the American Tinnitus Association page on Facebook if you want. I'm 24 and also have had tinnitus for the past two years. It has gotten steadily worse despite all I do to lessen the ringing. :(

  • @Evieteresa thnx for the tip! i will join the forum and see if i can get some help with the tinnitus. Last 2 weeks i just cant sleep at night, its very very depressing. I hope it gets better though, we just have to be patient. And they have done some hopeful research, maybe there will be a solution one day. Lets hope so!

  • @PsychoticBlueFlames

I HAVE SAME PROBLEM..2AND 23 YEARS...AND 2 YEARS OF TINNITUS...AND ITS WORSE, EVERY SINGLE DAY...OMG IM GOING TO...I DONT KNOW... K&H FOR YOU

  • @PsychoticBlueFlames Do you hear it all the time? I mean, ALL the time? xD

  • @PsychoticBlueFlames Yes. If you Google: tinnitus support message board forums there is a large community of tinnitus sufferers who share their stories.

  • @madtownband Thanks, i am already a member now. Posted my story there. Good to know there is a forum where we can support each other.

  • I have it bad enough that I had trouble hearing it in the video, but for some reason it doesn't bother me like some of you are describing. It's certainly not depressing for me, though I have to sleep with a fan to pull my mind away from the sound most nights.

  • I feel so sorry for my dad, he has tinnitus, he got it just before i was born, im 15 years old now. He hears the sound 24/7 and he will till he dies :'( He has had many mental problems because of it, cause it drove him crazy. It made my mom and dad divorce. Now he's trying to live a normal life, but he will never get the sound out of his ears and he will never get his life back: :C

  • how long have u had tinnitus btw? and how do you think u got it?...

  • I have tinnitus, and it is ruining my life. The ringing happens every now and then, but there is this other sound I keep hearing that occurs 24-7. I don't know how to describe it...

  • @hippypancake How long have you had it?

  • thanks but its to late

  • @Ikkuh123445 I am only 21 and noticed my Tinnitus exactly 5 days ago. Since then it has only gotten worse. It is a horrible curse as you said. I too have stopped going out. In these short 5 days I have changed COMPLETELY. I went from being the loudmouth comical guy in the group to being depressed and locked up in my room all day. I wouldnt wish tinnitus on ANYONE. I do wish you the best, maybe one day the both of us will get used to the sound. That is all we can hope for. Keep your head up!

  • @jt8908 its not a "curse" u made it happen by being uncarefull u only have yourself to blame..

  • Comment removed

  • @jt8908 ya I do have an idea dude I had tinnitus for 4 months it scared the shit out of me I wanted to DIE....but it disappeared god healed me...

  • @copperhead88 Well in that case I apologize. It does suck, I went through a dark time when I first got it. I too wanted to die, but that is the kind of thinking that will only make it worse. It is still there but I am able to tone it out...sometimes. At times it gets REALLY loud and I cant focus on anything. I have been praying constantly. Hopefully mine will get better with time and prayer. For now I just hope God gives me enough strength to deal with it.

  • @copperhead88 Ive had this since I was 5... scr*w you copperhead

  • @Thebigpicture211 wow thats just thats just.....

  • @Ikkuh123445 we all have this man ur not alone

  • @DJJASONPRODUCER who is all? we ALL dont have it u idiot I certainly dont this is called tinnitus its not NORMAL

  • @copperhead88 Some people get it for a cupple of seconds some people can hear it when they pluged there ears and play close attention to it. Other then that poeple like us that have it loud is because we some how mange to damge our hair cells and they cant grow back.

  • @DJJASONPRODUCER ya I get it...I do sometimes get that piiiiiiiiip sound for 3 secs but that happends to all of us from time to time...and ya we all hear something when we plug our ears thats normal its NEVER dead silent...but u know I had tinnitus for 4 months once not hight pitched but enough to scare me to death and wanting to jump off a bridge lol I could sleep still....then it just disappeared one day...

  • There is treatment if you're willing to travel outside the US. In Canada they have whats called rTMS here:

    google : mindcarecentres toronto

You can also attend clinical trials in the US until the FDA approves rTMS.

The cure lasts for up to 6 months at a time and takes 48 hrs to notice a reduction in 62% of tinnitus sufferers.

  • @Ikkuh123445 How long have you had tinnitus? I have had it for about a year and a half now. It really doesn't bother me that much anymore but there is the odd day. What frustrates me the most is I can't sleep without a fan in my room. Don't kill yourself over something like this. The tinnitus may not get better but you learn to cope with it :)

  • how young can you get tinnitus, because i'm 16 and can't remember a time when i haven't had loud ringing in my ears, if anyone knows let me know pleas

  • @zacc0025 no limit

  • What are the chances of getting Tinnitus from an ear infection? I have an ear infection and its going away but I still hear a slight buzz sound on that ear. Will it go away when the infection is gone?

  • @undertoes Get off the internet and stop worrying! Don't think about it, the more you worry the worse it will get. Mine stayed but it's unlikely that it will. So forget about it!

  • :(

  • Check out the American Tinnitus Association :

    ata.org

A lot of information and the latest news about our condition.

  • I came back from camping with very minor tinnitus, i prayed to god and within a week it had 99% gone,

    god does help you know

  • maybe your neightborhood and acting like fool it gets me angry

  • My car was rear ended and totalled at a red light. That was the day in 1997 that my tinnitus started. I could not sleep more than 20 minutes at a time. I got sound overload and could not dine out, be in crowds, go to movies, watch live bands, etc. I was on a hair trigger all of the time. It took 2 years before discovering LEXAPRO. It seems to turn the volume down by 70%. Wonderful! Side effects...got fat, no sex drive, feel warmer all the time, $120 a month. Made me an easy going dude...

  • Hey guys, this girl I've just started seeing has tinnitus, and I'd like to make a gesture - even if it's not a magic cure - to help her out a little. I was thinking of burning a CD with some white noise or nice ambient sounds, do people have any recommendations?

  • I have always had the feeling like i'm hearing the same sound when turning on a tv especially when i'm in a silent room. is it normal? i'm used to it so it doesn't affect me, just wondering if it is normal or not :p

  • @Rhynorune Thats normal, most old tv make a tinnitus like ringing noise when on.

  • @VoidOfEulogy That was not my question! my question was if it was normal to hear this tv sound in silence.

  • @Rhynorune it's not so loud as the tv noise but it reminds me of the same noise just in a lower grade.

  • @Rhynorune Oh, that might be signs of early tinnitus. If you hold your ears and it makes you hear the ringing even better, you might want to see and ear doctor. It might not be lasting tinnitus but only pressure on the eadrum or something similar to that.

  • Have you ever noticed a suddenly random beep sound especially in a quite room or place which last for only few seconds?

btw the worst sound i have ever experienced has only happened one single time in my life and it freaked me out!!! the sound ï'm about to tell you felt like a very loud motor sound in the ear... the sound is so terrible it kinda makes you freak out :O

  • im 13 and im already hearing these sounds in my ears :( should i go for a check-up? im getting kind of worried. also me and my friends were messing around yesterday and i got hit in the left ear by accident and it got worse. could that be tinnitus?

  • canons fireworks and guns are just as bad for tinnitus

  • I listen to the sound of a waterfall in my iPod at night to sleep. I recorded it right off of you tube. The sound of water running like when i'm in the shower often seems to help mask the noise from my tinnitus. This makes it much better!

  • If only I had seen this video before, I wouldn't have had to suffer! I doubt our culture will change much, people will get tinnitus unwittingly. Nevermind. People live with terrible things every day worse than this affliction. Sure sleeping at night can occasionally be difficult, but tough. You have it, you can get over it and carry on or you can complain and end up in a situation no better.

  • I had it for a week, and it drove me nuts. Thank God it went away!!

  • Does anyone know if there is a cure for tinnitus?

  • @schaferhund11 not yet. scientists managed to cure it in rats by rebooting the brain but further tests need to be done. Being able to cure tinnitus in rats is good progress though.

  • When I watched this video two years ago I was depressed, sad, and full of regret. When I watch this now. I'm content, and I feel alive again :) My tinnitus has even gotten worse over the two years, to the point where I no longer hear the sound in this video. Either way I'm a lot better and time heals everything, even this. Although I still have a long road ahead of me. Keep in mind I'm only 22 :) Live life like you dont have tinnitus, lifes too short :) :) :) :)

  • @Sid60z hello, i'm 23 y.o and i have tinnitus too, i'm 2 weeks with it it's horrible i dont want to live anymore i had perfect hearing, are u taking any drug or anything, u said that u're a lot better and i'd like to know how, sorry for my bad english

  • I have had this problem for 2 years , noice getting louger every day even i couldnt sleep at night, and i think i lost my some hearing too, i went to doctor and specialist they sayed we dont have anything for that, you have use to live with that , im only 24 and just got married last year , i cryed all nights and having too much depration , i dont know why it happen to me , some time i dont wanna this shit life i want suicide , i dont know what can i do

  • i just experienced tinnitus , it occurs at random, and it fades away

  • @TheArvinian01 thats the beginning

  • i cant hear it ;) but i have severe tinnitus.

  • Antibiotics use can cause tinnitus.

  • im only 14 been hearing since idk when

  • @BAFMisWSH

    Same here :(

  • @RapperPSP :( why do you have it i think i have it because my father has it

  • @BAFMisWSH it's not a genetically transfered condition.

  • I dont believe most tinnitus is caused by things like headphones or even coclear damage. I finally found the cause of my tinnitus and it was due to the side effects of antibiotics! The effects can be latent so it can take months after you finish the course. Antibiotics can cause an overgrowth of yeast in your body and you can end up with systemic Candida & not know it. Sugar, bread, cheese etc can feed candida. Treat the candida and you will lose the tinnitus. It worked for me, hope this helps

  • watch?v=JKnvDVvKGm4&feature=feedlik

this really helped! this is not a spam!

  • If you have hypothyroidism, you are more susceptible to tinnitus.

  • aye don't think aye have this.. mines is more of a hart beat noise and goes and comes, does anyone know what this is and sorry to all the people that have tinnitus it sounds bad. oh and i game alot with loud headphones and thats been about everyday for the last two years so i could have it just not as bad as some people so if your the same as me plz msg.

  • this started 2 nights ago and now is really bad but I just relaxing music to sleep and it works, but i heard this awful sound the whole day.

  • I seriously don't hear anything- that either means I have it already and apparently am used to it by now or I'm deaf as hell.

  • Did the ringing start at 0:26?

  • i hate it, i had it for almost a year now....i got used to it, but i still would like to go back to normal, those days when i knew what silence was , it gets more intense when theres loud music, even the sound of the tv with no volume makes it worse, its like i can hear the noises some things make that ppl dont usually notice

sometimes i just wanna rip my head off

  • HECTIC VIDEO WOW.

  • well guess what it already happen n i had no clue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I don't know if it's normal....I can feel it today after got a high fever, sore throat and flu..was it normal?..before I felt it too but I started to noticed it today..

  • @khajiit92

Same with me! I never knew it wasn't normal, but now that I do I notice it more. I only hear it when it's quiet, too.

  • I am having it right know so fucking bad:(

  • I set a volume limit for my iPod :D

  • Holy hell, seeing all these other people with this annoying ass problem makes it so much better lol as long as it doesn't get worse then fine.

  • @riteguard101 that's exactly what's happened to me. I never thought about it before but after seeing this video, Im constantly listening out for sounds, making myself paranoid, especially in bed at night when it's quiet. I actually thought I suddenly had it really bad and then I realised the sound was coming from the tv! Thanks for the info. :)

  • tinnitus doesnt bother me at all... i didnt even know what it was until today, when my doctor told me about it. i thought every1 had it, its not annoying at all, or as serious as you seem to be putting it

  • @Roflmafao it depends on how loud it is i had mine for like 4 months im long cured god healed me

  • @Roflmafao it depends of the person. I've had it for 3 years now and at first, I didn't even notice, but lately it's been SO loud I can't even hear myself think properly. Just be careful with loud music, lack of sleeping and stress and everything will be fine.

  • I would recommend getting ear plugs to reduce sound.

An audiologist took a silicon mould of my inner ears to make custom made ear

noise reducers. I have never made a better purchase, its a pity i did not do this BEFORE i got tinnitus. I had a ringing in my right ear for a week but was lucky to have it subside a good bit after that. I dont know the facts but i expect the ringing to get louder when Im older (Im 30 now) due to age...

  • One thing I learned from tinnitus is how stupid other peoples problems are. My friend was crying because his girlfriend broke up with him, and in my mind I was going:FUCK YOU I HAVE TINNITUS! WHO GIVES A SHIT ABOUT SOME STUPID EMOTIONAL DRAMA, I HAVE A WORSE PROBLEM THAT YOU WOULD BE BEGGING TO GET RID OF IN A DAY.

  • Sad fact of the day: I only noticed the ringing noise after 52 seconds. My ears are so fucked.

  • Got mine at a Poison/Slaughter concert in 1991. My ears were ringing horribly the 24 hours after. It subsided a little but never went away. Never had it before this event.

  • @schlabresfan sad.... same happened to me pal

  • i had it for as long as i can remember it, it's there 24/7 and i didn't know it wasn't normal until i saw someone on tv going "some people get this" and i was thinking "wait....so not everyone has it?"

and of course, once i knew not everyone had it i started noticing it more. before that i knew it was there and it didn't bother me except when it was dead silent.

  • I got mine from shooting guns without adequate hearing protection, and it's in my left ear worse than my right, so the imbalance there really sucks.

  • @chernobleman I did the same exact thing and have the same exact problem. It has been going on for over a year now :/

  • @steeleknightfootball Mine has gotten somewhat better, only where I work, a lifeguard, everytime I blow my whistle, it aggitates it a little more
