  • that TS306 has MIDI? or trigger controlled?

  • @takiakitsoujie No Midi, I use tiny click sounds when sequencing in Ableton. Each sound is assigned to separate outputs on my soundcard. Each output is hooked up with the trigger inputs on the TS306

  • Nice toys, what are you using to sequence?

  • @adskiblad most of the units are using their own internal sequencers appart from the Techstar306 which uses Ableton. The 0x0B0x is hooked up via midi to the computer. the 0x0B0x is then sending DIN Sync to the MC202 who passes it on to the 606. the 101 is hooked up with a MIDI to Clock device to tricgger its internal sequencer from ableton.

  • @PhilipClevberger hi amazing track. very aphex.. what device are you using to sync the sh-101 with ableton..? Thanks and ace sound.

  • @twintron I connect it via the X0Xb0X usually, which also works as CV/Gate to Midi converter. I also got a TuchProne Midi to Clock converter (very cheap) in case I want to sync the 101s internal sequencer. If on a budget, you could possibly use line out of your computer, play a steady 4x4 beat (preferably with sharp short click sound) and the internal sequencer should pick up the speed. Hope that helps

  • @PhilipClevberger. That helps a lot - thanks very much. I'm probably going to get hold of a x0xb0x this week too - so i'll pretty much have the same setup as you. :-)

  • Pretty cool jam. Thumbs up :)

    Cheers

  • nice vid, nice sound
