use your brain. you would exercise your muscles so much more if you didn't use momentum to lift weights. besides I wouldn't have commented if he was ronnie coleman which he CLEARLY IS NOT.
Perhaps you need to learn what the reverse hyper is for and how it works before commenting on it. This isn't bodybuilding, folks - think outside the box for a moment and consider what it's purpose is.
You don't understand Louie Simmons work, it basically boils down to kinetic energy's effect on your stretch reflex. Lifting slow is a stupid techinque, it just builds mass, congratulations.
