hey Daniel, i have really enjoyed viewing your vidoe's, they are very helpful, though i do not have a rubix cube with screw spring structure. Where abouts can i find a rubix cube like yours :D
@seanar24 go to lubixcube . com (i put spaces or else it would be an error) and click purchase at the top of the page. scroll down to the lubix fusion, and buy it. NOT ANYTHING ELSE! the FUSION IS AMAZING! i know its a bit pricy, but it is the best. when you buy it, dont touch the lube inside, or it will mess it up. if you are curious, the green pieces on the inside are torpedoes, which help it stay together while speeding it up.
help:, it seems you move them so fast but i always get stuck because the side did not rotate all the way and it will not move so i have to stop and make sure the cube is alligned perfectly, tips ??
if you're over shooting the turn there are things that your fingers can do to correct it but if you're under shooting it its probably because the cube isn't well lubed (silicone). if you know for sure that it is well lubed, than loosen it up so that you can cut through the corner regardless of whether the sides are perfectly lined up. if your cubes doesn't have screw spring structure and you can't loosen it there's not much you can do. hope this helps
if you read the back of the crc can in big bold letters it says NOT FOR USE ON PLASTIC lol but hey i just got a can today and used it for the firt time and it works great i dont understand
first of all, silicone will stick at first it will only get smooth after you work it in. also some silicone spray isn't 100% silicone. some have added oil based products that ruin the cube, so make sure its the right kind. Also although Vaseline does work, it wont work as good as QUALITY silicone and vasilene ruins the inside of your cube after long periods of time.
i'm impressed, you've put a lot of time into this

do you need to lube a speed cube?
jakethelake891 7 months ago
@jakethelake891
all speed cubes should be lubed. some will come lubed when you buy them, but if not you should definitely lube them yourself.
DanieLDude1554 7 months ago
@DanieLDude1554 not really :P
I boght a dayan guhong and its awesome without lube
mobradovic00 7 months ago
@mobradovic00
many preassembled dayan cubes come lubed from the factory. so unless you bought a DIY kit, it's very likely it already had lube in it.

lube it, or loosen it.

@iseldoff Well... I don't know how you can't get that some oil based sprays can slowly melt plastic. Its pretty simple there isel ..doff.
