  • nice camaro

  • Ffgddffhjnbvfwegvf

  • POOR 67 ... I FEEL SORRY FOR YA !!!

  • nice car !

  • Those look like 660 center squirter mechanical secondary carbs not 850's I see no vacuum diaphram on them so they are not vacuum secondary and I never saw an 850 with side hung float bowls, nice car though!

  • Those that oppose the tunnel ram don't know how to tune Carbs, it will gain horsepower with the tunnel ram, fine tuned carbs will out run a single carb on the same motor all day long !

  • Put the hood strings inside your shirt while your doing shit like this. Getting caught wouldn't be cool.

  • those dont look like 850s to me

  • This is awesome. If my dad saw this he would die! He has a thing for Camaro's, but his favorite year is a '69. Sounds so sweet though!!!

  • That 2 carb set up done right with a tunnel ram will out run 1 four barrel ANYday. Nice! I've played with this set up a ton on my dyno similator program..WAAAY better than one carb

  • all big blocks are cold blooded.

  • I agree with (raycornholingher) I had two 4's on a BB & thought it ran pretty good until I removed them & put a single 850 Mighty Demon on it. The difference was incredible & no regrets!

  • HELLO, vent windows were only on 67s, this has vent windows, its a 67! AWSOME!! love that shit man

  • nice hoody , did your mum make that for you ?

  • All that for something that MIGHT run 13's???? I sure wouldn't be bragging!!!

  • Man....where do I start??? The stance is horrible. Those Centerlines are hideous. A what idiot cuts the rear quarters to fit those ridiculous tires?

I feel bad for the car having to be seen like that!!!!

  • @tvguides I have to agree with your comment. Car just does not look right. I never did like the "old" style of fat tires sticking out past the quarters and cutting what looked to be good GM metal away. Its sad ... poor car deserves much better.

  • really nice car man! whats the difference between the big block and the small block?

  • Exactly how it sounds.

The big block is bigger with bigger pistons.

A lot of people "bore-out" a small block (aka SBC small block chevy), but you can't go to far before you hit water since the cylinder walls are not as thick.

A big block (aka BBC big block chevy) can accommodate bigger pistons which translates into more HP and most importantly more torque.

383 stroker motors can squeeze out a lot of HP but not torque.

Even in the turbo driven motors the BBC wins out. Don't believe B.S.

  • never underestimate a sbc theres alot you can do to them

  • My take is if it was an option when the car was new then you can just swap brackets, bigger radiator, elec fan, etc. It's a bolt in job.

SBC's are okay if your tight on space.

  • @zamic0 - The big block Chevy puts out a lot of torque and power, much more than a small block. It's a very tough, rugged engine, although a big gas hog.

  • So did Camaro's with 427 V8's come with the 850 carbs?

  • @Brockie777 - No and the only year a Camaro could be had with a factory installed 427 was in 1969 and they were all COPO cars, Corporate Office Product Order, i.e. special order. Only about 500 were made, with 199 of those going to Don Yenko Chevrolet in Canonsburg, P.A.

  • you forgot about the copo camaro's in 2002

  • wrong they made some in 2002 aswell in this year aswell

  • @ls6guy - Not in 1967, as this video attempts to deceive people into believing.

  • well don yenko did some 67 camaro with 427 chevy big blocks

  • @l92guy - Indeed, as well as in 1968. But those were just hot rod cars and not factory SS cars. No such thing as a Chevrolet factory 427 SS Camaro.

  • @Echeque5 not just yenko! how a bout dana, berger, motion, scuncio, nikky, and all the bill thomas cars 427 found their way into camaro's quite often don yenko is just who you hear the most about

  • you gotta love how some dude's just come here to this video and start suggesting shit they don't know about...

"DUDE THAT'S AWESOME! but it looks like your turbo rotary could use more downforce on the pistons, but i'm sure that if you put a giant night hawk spoiler on it, it'll correct the angle and the degree timing of your posi trans."

    XD

  • That will eat anything!!!

  • dual 850´s..thats sick, isnt that to much fuel feed?

  • Not for the drag strip :P You can run alky with 850 :D

  • do you have problems with it loading up

  • those arent 850s, those are a set of 650 vacuum secondary carbs. i can see the fuel transfer tube, lack of metering block on the secondaries and i noticed that they are side hung float bowls. it you bumped up to a set of 750 hp carbs or even a set of road demons your car might run a bit better.

  • Omg, You are the man.

  • ke onda con el carburador

  • camaro 67-69 baby thats the shit woot woot i got a 92 but i hope to own one like u do

  • I'm guessing your friends red Nova is much prettier and cuter than my Camaro..

  • awesome car 69 GTO.

It's pretty easy to pretend to be a man when you can hide behind the internet SWAYZETIME.

  • why the f*ck are you running regular gas your car wont start cuz ur gas isnt rich enough

  • Your a fucking idiot!!You have no clue what you are talking about so shut the fuck up you moron! You guys in here making stupid ass uneducated comments like raycornholinger and you mrax7fan have nothing to run but your mouths.Morons.

  • I love that idle. Nice car. 5/5

  • get rid of that 2 carb set up put a 980 demon or 1050 will run much better buddy

  • yeah dual 850's is to much....you need one 100 cfm and it would be ba ass....other wise its jst a waste...to much fuel

  • Nice!! Love it, old school drag racer, the world needs more guys like you building these cars!

  • Wonderful piece of machine my friend i love it!

  • that motor is sick, nice idle

  • One carb not problematic enough? Try two of them!! Wicked fuckin car

  • top car! 5 star

  • Hey, how many horsepowers does this beast have? 500? 550 or 600?

    I'am curius:D

  • Whats with the Smog pump?? errrr~~

  • Man this is a thing of beauty! My dad had 3 1967 SS and 1 '68 and 1 '69 in high school and through college

  • beautiful man, high-rise intake and double 4barrel carbs, thats gorgeous :D

  • 67 Rs , because it has hide away headlights

  • the 67 ss had a hideaway headlights too

  • nope only the rs had the hideaway head lights

  • @ls6guy - Chevrolet never manufactured a Camaro SS 427 in 1967 or any year.

  • what the fuck are u talking about i never said gm put a 427 in a ss camaro

  • but they this year but that 427 is not a big block its a small block 427

  • @ls6guy - This car has a big block engine in it.

  • but i didnt say it came with a 427 from the factory

  • i like poo

  • its a 68 or 69 not a 67

  • 1967

  • its a 67. they had the option of the regular lights or the hide away lights. my dad had one of these.

  • 1967 Camaro was the only model with wing windows in the doors! 67 and 68 models had the same body basically with the 69 having major trim changes.

  • Mr Poo, It's a 1967. The 67 had wind wing windows and no side marker lights. 68's had markers and no wind wings and 69 body's are a bit different.

  • @nikwand123456789

its a 67 douche. hence the windwing windows. and 69? totally differant

  • @nikwand123456789 its a 67

  • @nikwand123456789 you dont have a goddam clue what your talking about

  • look at that massive intake

    ikm drooling

  • Thanks, the intake said offenhauser on it, I found some thick webbing inside the runners but cleaned up nicely..
