I was at this store last week and the owner couldn't answer any of my questions about video games. Luckily there was a Best Buy down the street and the workers were very helpful. Hopefully they put this store out of business soon!
I find it hard to believe that (though I'm not calling you out). Best Buy is a pretty darn good store, but Muzz (the owner) has been running his store for years, and is an avid gamer. There is going to come a time where anyone can be stumped... like I said, I'm suspicious. Especially if your only retort is to wish that a independent business owner who works as hard and is as dedicated to providing service and fair prices as Muzz is, that he would go out of business.
