I lucked out, Best Buy screwed up stocking this keyboard. It was under the wrong tag! Was under a tag for 49.99, they rang it up at 79.99! They discounted the price since they screwed up. Also got a Logitech G9x for 49.99 at Fry's. They price matched it with Newegg online. So I got my keyboard and mouse for a discount! I went from a $11 Logitech keyboard to this one, I LOVE IT! Under SetPoint you can disable the caps lock key too. Love Logitech hardware!

@feddy900 Depends. Some revisions have problems with some keys ghosting. Mine doesn't and it's pretty good at gaming. Very quiet, good illumination, good typing feel, that doesn't hinder gaming. Needs to be looked after, doesn't like break crumbs and that sort of things. Needs a good shake once in a while if you are messy.
@YoungstownCorp i guess, the keyboard used in the video has to be a very first release, i've just received my logitech illuminted keyboard and i can say that the "F" and the Fn- Symbols are illuminated.

Sadly, the more recent models of this keyboard are literally incapable of L-Shift + W + Space, making it literally impossible to sprint and jump in a very large number of games.
What's annoying is the OLDER models where capable of this, budget cuts from Logitech called for cheaper production (with no price drop, tsk tsk) of the keyboard, resulting in this loss of functionality, I'd strongly recommend against buying this product if you are even a casual gamer.
I'm on a microsoft black buisness 200 for 7,50 euros.. I'm wondering if this is worth getting, when I bought my gigantic gaming rig, I got everyting (including a g500 mouse) except a 'fancy keyboard'.
I've had this keyboard for one year now and it's a good keyboard. I game on it a lot (no shift + W + space problems here) and it still looks great! I just wish there was a version with no numpad on it.

@kylebr0 Yes this keyboard is great. It works with Windows 7, and has a very smooth feel. The keys are nice and the illumination is just perfect. Not to bright and not to dark.The palm rest is rubber and fells really nice. All the keys are illuminated and are at perfect height. Nice and thin but also has a good weight. I really recommend this keyboard and is a great buy. I got mine at best buy for 74.00 USD. Hope this helps!
Could you tell me how i fix the anti-ghost on this ? I paid 80 USD about for it and the anti-ghost function is non-working!!!! So its just collecting dust atm...
@l3it3r Like they can fix it.. if they can fix the firmware or something about the tech then maybe.. but i dont think they will do a refund for a simple error as anti-ghosting... the keyboard itself works flawlessly.. so
@MadCrokodile1 no its not.. if u get a keyboard without the anti-ghosting... which mine has... some people get the full working unit.. others doesnt work!!! it still works as a fully function keyboard and all that.. but the say bye bye to the mass key pressings -.- like .. shift + w + space = Running and jumping forward in Bad Company 2 for example is not working...

@hazz21 you know its for jumping while running, mostly in FPS games.. since i'm not a hardcore gamer, I don't want to buy a flashy gamer keyboard just to do this classic combo.. word around the web is that logitech disabled this combo to force gamers to buy a gamer keyboard. So I tried switching shift key with ctrl key in games, works pretty well, I have to get used to it and it should do the trick. the keyboard is really great beside this stupid flaw.
i want to buy a kb and im between this and the razer lycosa....i ve heard some complaints about lycosa such as the rubber wears out quickly and some issues with the touch panel (does not always respond). So i want to know an opinion from someone who has it both...ps very nice clear video!thumbs up!

I got this one and is THE BEST keyboard ever. Yes, you can't see the F keys in complete darkness but you can see them with the monitor light. Is very slim, well built, good quality of plastics and of course very slim. Also, one thing, unlike other illuminated keyboards, this one doesn't have light in the space between the keys ! A very important detail, only the letters and numbers are shown, without other lights. As I said, the best keyboard I used, at least.
Can you fix so that if you push the mail key you go to whatever site you use for e-mailing and when you push the music key can you choose which music program on you computer you want it to start up?

Yeah, you know a gaming keyboard's bad when it gets outdone by an ultra-thin productivity keyboard.
I stick to Steelseries for my gaming needs and Logitech for my needs as a multimedia & web designer. Nothin else compares, it is so worth the extra cash.

I've had this keyboard for one year now and it's a good keyboard. I game on it a lot (no shift + W + space problems here) and it still looks great! I just wish there was a version with no numpad on it.
